But ok I’ll bite. I’m not gonna default to the economy, my stock portfolio, or equity in my house being way up because you’ll tell me Barry should get the credit. And that’s fine, I’m tired of that argument anyway.

I feel he’s done a great job with the economy by mainly staying out of the way of it. Keep government as small as possible and let capitalism flourish. That ideology is what made America great to begin with.

All the other stuff is just smokescreens that divide the people. I understand Trump doesn’t help things with his tweets but hey, if it pisses off a few whiny liberals I’m all for it

There is one and only one answer to this question:

He prevented Hillary from taking the Oval Office...and in turn saved many young and innocent (and perhaps several not so innocent) interns from becoming the next Monica Lewinsky as we all know Bill hasnt changed a bit.

Darkhorse, I find your thread topic very interesting..and a good one for political discussion..esp. when the "Q" is not about everyone.. but you ..and your family.

So,, I will tell you what President Trump has done for me and my family and will continue doing while he's in office ..Defeating HER is better for me and my family and the country ..imo   But,that in it's self is not enough of a reason..and it's not the Tax cuts or the NOKO Summit these thing can be changed by the next President..

What President Trump has done that will effect me and mine for along time to come is nominated and had confirmed... conservative Article III judges including a Supreme Judge,US Court of Appeals Judges and US District Court Judges..

....these Judges will probably effect me and my family for a long time to come ..more than what Congress will ..and since these and many more that President Trump will get into Judgeship's are life time appointments (bar misconduct) ..I see this as President Trump's long lasting legacy ,, one that can't be changed by the next elected President..

So your answer is that he kept Hillary out of office. And because Hillary would be bad for you and your family.Well I don't think you can predict the future so you would 't really know what would happen if Hillary would have been elected.Take a little advice and stick to the PB where you think you are somewhat relevent.

You dont like the answers provided because they dont suot your agenda, so you throw a fit...your reaction is totally expected. 

Its a shame you waste your covers life stuck in mud getting nowhere after all the time youve invested here.

My business went wild after November 8th. I'm sure as a small business we'll from tax cuts. I've increased hourly wages on 3 of my employees. I even offered to pay half the employees health insurance. I know I've benefitted from the consumer confidence that's highest this century. The mood in the country has turned 180º after the apologist in chief finally exited the building and removed that band of criminals that paid off Iran $150B for nothing.

Question back to you. How has the Trump presidency hurt you? I've asked this before and get nothing back of substance.

By the way things were getting better for 6 years before trump was elected. Let's see, trumps presidency has cost me money. While his tax cut saved me about 2% the increases in my taxes have cost me around 5%. State local and school taxes have increased because of lost federal funding. Also his administration makes me feel a little uneasy with their rollbacks of clean air and water restrictions.I was a little concerned about the possibility of war but his folding like a cheap suit on the NOKO talks.Sad that he gave in without getting anything in return.

Go back to the PB and intimidate them because you won't do that here. If your posts are relevant to sports wagering then why are you in the politics forum? Schoolyard bully wannabes do not cut it in here.

Darkhorse, you really have a poor understanding on what makes an economy click if you question Trump's contributions.  How about Deregulation , Tax Cuts, and as 'Slim pointed out most importantly, Conservative Justices that help make judgment consistent with the Constitution's original intent.   Activist judges generally make decisions for their progressive polices, and wish to give  more power to government) , at the expense of the citizens.   Don't forget our Founding Fathers clearly had a mindset of personal freedoms , and limited government power..  But I digress....

BTW, things were getting better under O'bama  ?  Sure,.. . 2% GDP growth was the weakest recovery for any president in post WWII era.  What has Trump done ? He just helped clock in 4% growth last quarter.  (best Quarter in 8 years).  So, go on trying to convince yourself that bigger government and higher taxes are better for the people.   

Don't forget it Darkhorse... More power and decision-making left to the people is better..

Using the standard of what the pres did for me and my family I would say relatively little, except the tax change which I’m guessing will have an unintended negative impact on many who will no longer be able to itemize.   But guess what, that’s exactly the same thing the other presidents have done during my adult lifetime.  

 The major issues in r country

Debt
Spiraling Cost of health care, social sec, etc
Cost of education 
Immigration
Foreign threats
Gun control
Race
Disparity in income between rich and poor

The prior 2 presidents did little, if anything, to address the above problems and arguably made them worse.   Not to cast blame, but this illustrates that Washington is broken.  Bottom line it was broken b4/trump got there and it is laughable how MSM and libs blame Trump
