Some nuggets that he spouted off:
-Polls are rigged (understating Romney of course)
-Romney will win the election
-Romney wins Florida, Ohio and Virginia

I'll give you a mulligan on quoting him. The problem is that conservative pundits are telling people what they want to hear which is just not reality.

How anyone with a brain can possibly see this issue as partisan in any way is beyond me. It truly is. 

One democrat, Wyden from Oregon chimed in....and where is the rest of the GOP on this?

Video: Ted Cruz Gets Eric Holder to Admit That Killing Americans With Drones On U.S. Soil Is UNCONSTITUTIONAL

This morning, Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, was able to get Attorney General Eric Holder to admit, (after much hemming and hawing about "appropriateness") that it was unconstitutional to kill a US citizen on US soil with a drone strike, providing that American terror suspect does not pose an “imminent threat.”

Cruz took the opportunity of Holder’s appearance this morning before the senate Judiciary Committee to ask about the government stance. “If an individual is sitting quietly in a cafe in the US, in your legal judgment, does the Constitution allow a US citizen on US soil to be killed by a drone?” Cruz asked, adding later the qualifier: ”If that individual is not posing an imminent and immediate threat of death or bodily harm.”

It took Cruz close to four minutes to get Holder to admit that such a strike would indeed be unconstitutional.

I am glad to see someone taking an issue with this. I am not happy to see that the govt cant guarantee that they wont use drones to target us citizens on us soil

Yes, a fillibuster by definition is a waste of time. 

He was also looking for attention to be shown to the huge issue of domestic drone assassinations that this administration can't seem to just say are not going to be coming to a cafe near you.
