WASHINGTON — The Club for Growth, a conservative anti-tax group
that spent nearly $150 million in the past two election cycles, has
invited a half-dozen potential Republican presidential candidates to
its annual donor retreat next month — but not Donald Trump!

In a meeting with reporters Monday, David McIntosh, president of
the group, said that Republican chances of winning back the White
House next year would be diminished if Trump were again at the
top of the ticket and that he hoped to introduce Republican donors
to other possibilities.

“The party should be open to another candidate,” McIntosh said,
suggesting that Republicans had lost too many elections
with Trump as the face of the party.

We can clearly see that this is biased using the word Hijacked. This defined in a legal definition .

Hijacking generally refers to the illegal seizure of a land vehicle, ship, or aircraft in transit and its forcible diversion to a new destination against the will of its crew. In international law, both the hijacking of a ship (Piracy) and an aircraft are recognized as international crimes without controversy.

Was a room then hijacked taken over and forcibly taken over and diverted.to a new destination against the will of the crew? 

Did they seize the room ? 

Then second part of the statement the room was half full .

Was this an accurate measurement? Did someone count all the seats available and determine exactly half of available seating was filled? 

Should then a lawsuit be made that you slandered the supporters of the conference by not describing the event accurately? And be levied against the owners of the site allowing such a false statement to be published? 

Or should be that this statement is protected by the first amendment in allowing freedom of speech ?
