Well with defense funding in jeopardy,
a new call to realign recourse away from police departments a real terror threat must emerge to then demand funding to esculate to those who desire it. Without a cause than the effect is budget cuts and those general's hardware and weopon systems will be cut. Hence the war industry is desperately trying to align to a great new threat domestic terrorism.... they will need trillions to combat new departments in homeland security can be opened more friends with good government union jobs will be needed... it goes on and on. You are Christian I respect this faith based approach to life.
Many many people only confess this as a way to hide what they really are monsters and so be it.
But is always one huge cover up deflecting attention from real truths that government can never be trusted power corrupts and never take your eyes off Washington or the deep state ....
