The article failed to mention that Scalia smoked cigarettes and pipe tobacco. An overweight smoker with high blood pressure and a history of heart trouble should have considered himself lucky to have lived to the age of 79.
Attention clueless conspiracy theorists: It was blatantly obvious that obdurate Senate Republicans would not allow a vote on any potential nominee this year. Mitch McConnell is hardly the picture of moderate compromise. His side may will go through SOME steps to aid endangered incumbent blue-state GOP Senators up for reelection this year.
Any actual "assassination" would have occurred much earlier.

You have to understand the mentality of people like this.
For 8 years they have been the victim of Obama and have thrown their emotional temper tantrums over anything and everything real or not.
They are the victims of a biased media (other than fox which is fair and balanced)
They are the victims of unfair mods on this site.
The idea of personal responsibility and accountability is beyond their comprehension. It must be obamas fault or some kind of external injustice. Anything other than his personal choices like tobacco use.
