At a public presentation last week,
"Cyber Ninjas" chief executive officer Doug Logan,
cited as part of his qualifications to do this audit, that his firm:
“worked with some of the largest names in the financial services space.”
Two of the companies Logan lists as former clients
in his alleged "EXPERT WITNESS statement" --
Citibank and JP Morgan Chase -- said through spokespeople
that they HAVE NO RECORD of hiring Logan or Cyber Ninjas!

cybersecurity firm known as "Cyber Ninjas" - that had NOT placed a formal bid
for the contract and had NO EXPERIENCE with election audits.

Wake Technology Solutions Inc. was leading the hand-recount part of the audit but decided not to renew its contract, audit officials said Tuesday. The recount is now being led by StratTech Solutions of Scottsdale, an information technology consulting firm that does not list election or auditing experience on its website.
Wake was originally contracted to lead the hand count through May 14, but the process has gone considerably slower than expected with only about a quarter of the 2.1 million ballots counted by then. The company chose not to renew the contract, said Ken Bennett, who is serving as a liaison for Senate Republicans overseeing the audit.
StratTech has been working on the audit from the beginning, including recruiting, training and checking backgrounds, Bennett said.
“They were very familiar with the processes that were under Wake’s direction, and so most of the Wake contract employees will move underneath StratTech’s supervision and we will continue right on forward,” Bennett said.

No legitimate reason for current audit after multiple audits of higher standards that found no irregularities. This boondoggle fails to meet standards required by state law. No auditing and election technology experience in cyber ninja. No supervision by election officials. Results aren't made public. No scrutiny by multiple political parties. Workers are chaotically looking into wild conspiracy theories. Since no enforced chain of custody, security of ballots and voting machines are compromised. Since high standards aren't followed, results cannot be trusted.
Accurate audits don't operate this way. They don't indulge fantasies of the most political extreme fringe while ignoring zero evidence of fraud. Actually, not really an audit to ensure electoral integrity but a partisan inquisition by sore losers refusing to accept reality. The results won't be greater transparency but instead erosion of public trust in elections.

trump is trying to illegally throw out their votes, and in so doing, cast doubt on our Democratic process that supposedly sets us above the rest of the world. Not if trump gets his way though.
This sham is virtually akin to contesting EVERY single call an umpire makes AT THE PLATE if the call doesn't go *YOUR* way.
The remedy for this is to find trump guilty of FRAUD in at least one of his many legal court battles and toss his ass in prison. This will open the eyes of many who are still uncertain about it all.

On Tuesday, the office of Secretary of State Katie Hobbs released a report detailing
what it described as serious problems with the audit that had arisen over the last week.
Among the issues listed were a Monday software update “that created so many errors and
problems during the first shift that they stated they were going to roll back to the
old software during the afternoon shift” and the fact that
“copies of voting system data [were] sent to a lab in Montana!!”

The report accused workers of carrying black pens on the floor,
which is NOT ALLOWED because the pens can be used to alter ballots.
“Observers saw that at least three people who are not residents of Maricopa

be allowed to handle any ballots, yet all three people were not residents.”
