The issue is still the same. A lot of folks are critical of Trump on a lot of things. But they still vote for him because he is the best candidate for the country overall. They can look and see what happened while he was in his first term and judge it for themselves. Over and over I have said that folks did not elect Trump because of his manners or his polished political persona. They elected him because they were tired of the regular old politicians.
Just because you do not agree with Trump on every single matter does not mean that he is not the best candidate. Otherwise, you would never vote for anyone.
Trump was not my original choice by any means. But the fact that he has done so well and has shown the ability to stand and fight against the media and congress on issues make him a better choice than someone that would just wilt and cave at the first sign of adversity.
