The message most people of the "Silent Majority" types got from these Democrat debates is that: I don't know anyone in this "Silent Majority" of which you speak. 

1/ You are going to have to turn in your guns. The shootings are your fault. No one wants to take our guns. Most people realize something must be done about our gun issues. Sounds like fear mongering attempt here.

2/ You are racist for supporting Trump, who is racist. I agree.

3/ You are STUPID for supporting Trump because he fooled you, as he lies all the time but you are too STUPID to know it. Thousands got fooled by Trump but are smart enough to realize it now. It won't happen again.

4/ You are STUPID because you can't understand we are in a cilamte crisis mode, and we need government bureaucracrats NOW working to solve it! Congress will not solve our climate issues. Our children & grandchildren will.

5/ WE STILL WANT YOUR TAX MONIES THOUGH! We need more of it. Do you like your roads and bridges? Do you have another way of paying for them?

 

This is all they are hearing. 

This is why Trump was the winner of all of these debates without even participating in them. You do realize Trump will be gone in 2020, right?
