Remember the spill from Exxon Valdez? Remember how ALL the climate freaks were hysterical? OMG, the ocean is doomed!! Remember those same people tracking the oil "blob" under the surface? Then it was CRICKETS from those people when they realized in a couple months they couldn't find that blob any longer. What happened? The ocean took care of it!!! AGAIN, mankind CAN'T control the weather.....PERIOD! IF it were possible (it's not) to control weather by reducing fossil fuels, whatever the U.S. did would be futile since China, India, Russia and others would cancel that out and then some.
