What would happen if texts originating from a agent to several [internals] discussed the assassination (possibility) of the or member of his family?

Special Agent Joe Pientka might blow the lid of this thing. He will finger Comey and McCabe for hit job on Flynn.

I read conflicting reports on whether Obama could be impeached if he orchestrated this mess. "O" the irony.

Eventually all roads will lead to Seth Rich, no russian hack. The DNC cut a cheque for CrowdStrike the day after Rich was murdered. This is getting interesting.

They do ..but there is a limit to that expression in New Zealand..

New Zealand Human Rights Act of 1993, which states:

“It shall be unlawful for any person –

  • to publish or distribute written matter which is threatening, abusive, or insulting, or to broadcast by means of radio or television or other electronic communication words which are threatening, abusive, or insulting; or
  • to use in anymmaking  public place…, or within the hearing of persons in any such public place, or at any meeting to which the public are invited or have access, words which are threatening, abusive or insulting.”
HIllary should have been taken to task by the NZ government ..for violating their Human rights Act..for telling a New Zealand audiences ,,,that her 2016 election loss came at the hands of “backwards”-looking voters ..

That is an insult to Americans who voted for Donald Trump...and she should have been censured for inappropriate conduct in violation of their "freedom of expression" .. even New Zealand's Freedom of expression law is subject to restrictions...and Hillary crossed the line..by making insults in a public place..

Impeaching a former President prevents him or her from holding future office in the Federal Government. No Supreme Court Justice, no Cabinet position and so on.

US Constitution, Article II, Section 4:
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.


The Constitution also allows for involuntary removal from office. The President, Vice-President, Cabinet Secretaries, and other executive officers, as well as judges, may be impeached by the House of Representatives and tried in the Senate.

Any official convicted by the Senate is immediately removed from office. The Senate may also choose to bar the removed official from holding any federal office in the future. No other punishments may be inflicted pursuant to the impeachment proceeding, but the convicted party remains liable to trial and punishment in the courts for civil and criminal charges.
