No offense but this article is from a source called "Alt-Market" and seems to peddle Alt-Right theories. Not exactly neutral on the subject.
Whole article sounds like a lot of BS, and the same arguments can be made against the right. The entire article is pure hypocrisy, which is ironic considering the title.

Where you could see the point of view maybe you can see this principle on both sides of the aisle.
Stop being the football your not one of the players at best your spectator with fanatic approach for one of the teams.
Open your eyes .
They love double standards and doubling down when they are wrong or caught in a lie. This is what they do, and they do it because they are convinced that they are virtuous in their cause, thus anything goes.
Is on both side of the aisle.

Right on nature. No doubt.

I need humans to defend earth from asteroid fields set to plummet this planet. I need this specie to explore the heavens and expand the life found here to all vacant property out there.
I need humans to put our environment first. Care for the life at all levels even plankton at the bottom of the sea to supply oxygen to evolved animals such as mammals.
We were suppose to be stewards of our environment care takers of life. Gardeners as you will for the sense diversity of life found on earth.
What we got a complete abomination of shit and get philosophy that is tearing the fabric of life to shreds. In my humble opinion.

Conservatives that keystones pipeline.
Tar sands oil. Bpgulf disaster. Dow chemical waste dumps dupont lead chips.
Ask sherman williams of their paint that tastes good.
Conservative that is pollution and their solution dilution.
conservatives that big oil coal fired plants deregulated to smog.
That term lie cheat steal
clearcuts erosion muddy waters undrinkable
all in the name of the mighty dollar.
Thank you but no not me not now.

Perfectly honest.
Replacing humans with robots is about the only long term solution to safe guarding the life on this planet.
Simple no freedom of choice considerations no way for the machine to perform outside of what the machine is programmed to do.
No more of that wonderful steaming pile of humanity that makes angels weep. Simply a machine that stops rocks from destroying this planet.
The true soldiers guarding life on this people should be machines.
Such as these.
Like most children, Zi Jian loved robots, but what started out as a childhood hobby stayed with him throughout college and his PhD, when he took robotics classes in his free time. It wasn’t until he joined Siemens that he had the chance to work with a real robot. Zi Jian’s childhood passion became his profession.
For just over a year, Zi Jian has been working on the data glove, a tool that allows a person to control and command a robotic arm. Using different sensors, the glove captures and translates the movements and gestures of human hands – and, someday soon, their exact pressure levels – into actions that are performed by the hand of a robot. Through this clever mechanism a human can command a robot to pick up heavy objects, hand over tools and components, or assist in assembling parts of a product.
There is fierce debate as to whether robots will replace human jobs, effectively making us redundant. But Zi Jian sees a future where humans and robots work in harmony. Where robots can be trained by their human co-workers to perform tasks that are dull, dangerous, or for which they are stronger or better equipped to carry out.

Sorry wrong article.
This with a micro processor.
XOS 2, commonly referred to as the ‘Iron Man’ suit, is a second-generation robotics suit being developed by Raytheon for the US Army. The company publicly demonstrated the capabilities of the exoskeleton for the first time at its research facility in Salt Lake City, Utah, in September 2010.
The wearable robotic suit increases the human strength, agility and endurance capabilities of the soldier inside it. The XOS 2 uses high-pressure hydraulics to allow the wearer to lift heavy objects at a ratio of 17:1 (actual weight to perceived weight). This allows repeated lifting of the load without exhaustion or injury.
The US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) initiated development of the exoskeletons in 2001 under the Exoskeletons for Human Performance Augmentation programme. The agency funded $50m to various participants under the five-year programme. However, only two of them have been active in developing the exoskeleton prototypes for the US military.
The XOS system was originally developed as the Wearable Energetically Autonomous Robot (WEAR) by Sarcos Research of Salt Lake City, Utah. Development of the biomechanical robot was started in 2000. The company, established in 1983, was acquired by the defence contractor Raytheon in November 2007.
