Welp, I would guess those surveys have a timetable they follow and they will proceed irrespective of any ongoing criminal cases against Trump and his RICO mob. Like a let cookies fall where they may type of thing in regard to timing but I see what you're saying and sure it might be better.
On CNN, academy award winner Michael Douglas says that everybody in Biden's cabinet would be happy to work with him in next term. However nobody in Trump's cabinet from 2016 wants to be involved with him now.
Even people who had been huge supporters say Trump is a total fraud.
He made the US government his largest failed business venture. Trump's volatility and corrupt nature made it difficult for government to function. A second term would be dangerous for US economy.
Voters will have to get out in force and vote AGAINST trump once again as they did the last two presidential eloections.
