I maintain we should trade Denmark California for Greenland straight up while we're at it.

I'm willing to just GIVE Denmark the completely fucked up states of:  CA, Oregon, Illinois, WA, NJ, NH, VT, and CO

Getting rid of California would be plain foolish and Oregon is an absolutely wonderful state.

Since 2022, inflation appears to be causing incumbent governments to lose elections in about 70% of countries worldwide.  Not just the US.

The metro is fine except for a few cities. Portland, Greshem, Vancouver (in another state) and maybe Beaverton.

Exactly.  Cali gets a bad rap for the politics but is an amazing State in our Union.  Also 5th largest economy in the world....it stays.

Took my grandkids to Disneyland about 7 years ago. NEVER AGAIN do I want to step foot in California. People rude, teenagers were punk asses.....until you stood up to them. 

For clarification my comment was tongue and cheek, I love all the states that make up our Union.

My bro judging the 3rd largest state geographically by Disneyland. Yeah, Disneyland is what it is. And the area surrounding the park has always been sketch and must be a real shithole now. With that said, if I got food poisoning on 6th street in Austin, I wouldn't be ready to drop the whole state. California had flaws but it is an important part of the country. And like I said, it's huge. You can't judge it by LA or the Bay Area. Same thing with Oregon. People judge Oregon that have never been here. They see something on TV about Portland and they think they know the state. They don't know Oregon. Hell, they don't even know Portland.
