I think I've provided plenty of examples for people to comment on and tried to encourage civil discussion but like you see on this thread there are those that just want to attack on cause issues

Wall, what is your opinion on the topic?  Why not lead my example and comment on the topic...

You make it difficult to engage with because as this thread shows (and others) you like to provoke much more than debate or discuss. 

There really is not a need to ask for replies and then make dumb comments like the alias bailouts or usual suspects will come in blah blah blah..

I think you need new material and a better way of approaching discussion with others.

Fool saying that your moderation of the forum is completely biased as you allowed poster after poster pile on insults, name calling, lies, upon me and stood by doing nothing yet I get boxed and criticized. 

But that kind of histrionics and al sharpton routine only makes that person look worse so I don't engage in that type of thing.

I simply comment on what is happening in a thread.  If it is the same people doing the same thing the comments are the same.  I simply report the news

I am still wanting to see your thoughts on the topic and invite you to engage in the civil discussion

My original comment was based on your bumping the thread and in the process looking to pick a fight.

This isnt news, you have been doing the same thing for years. We only ask that you try to discuss topics and not make inane comments about aliases coming in to save someone or the usual suspects or the other boring off topic moaning you seem to do so often.

You for sure are not innocent in how others get bothered by your approach.

Yeah but it's only a selective few that choose to have complete meltdowns over what I post. Plus if I've been saying the same thjng of years it's simply because the same thing has been happening for years.  It's like me commenting on what's happening in politics and if it's been the same for years my comments will be the same. 

Characterize me and chastise me as you want but  I am not looking for a fight or baiting and in fact asking you engage in the civil disucssion that's all. It was just another example of me commenting and reporting on what is happening.  I was challenged in another thread to make my own and I did .  And in my thread I encouraged civil disucssion about the topic.  I also have plenty of examples of this for discussion rather than littering the forum with multiple threads.  

Like I said I am not going to start whining and crying about unfairness that I am the only picked on while others get to free tee off on me daily.  Because honestly I don't believe that and I can see all sides and there just isn't that type of bias and unfairness

Neither of these (and many many more) messages add any value or contribute to discussion at all.

No need to try and act innocent, we all know your approach and it is why you get other posters so upset. I think you enjoy ticking people off and you want to bother like you do.

In fact inside this very thread there are many posts and comments from you that are the exact opposite of what you are suggesting regarding having a civil discussion, I think you get a great deal of rope and we allow a good ammt of back and forth between all you guys. There are MANY members here who try and bait and annoy for the sole purpose of picking a fight and getting a reaction. I consider you one of that group.

I am not responsible for how other people choose to feel and choose to act.  This is an online Internet forum that is meant for recreation and enjoyment.  I do not get why anyone would make the choice to get so upset over pixels on a screen. 

Post 74 is simply responding to post 73.  I think you see I address that poster who is only coming into the thread to to bait, annoy and for the sole purpose of picking a fight.  I simply comment on what is posted.

Post 75 I express my view that after being called out to start my own thread and provide tons of topics and example for discussion it appears that when given the option the posters that stalk me (like post 73) only want the exact opposite of a civil discussion when presented it to them.   So this was more of a summary of the forum and the thread.  Once again simply commenting on what is happening. 

But once again I cannot control how others choose to act and how others choose to feel especially through the means of an anonymous Internet forum.

Trump is a real independent! Not some Left wing ideologue or right wing ideologue.  He may be conservative on one issue and Liberal on the next.  I'd rather that than a puppet president who plods the party line.

DL, I enjoy your contribution to all the forums because you participate but I really must agree with WALL here. It can turn some of your fellow members off very easily with all this +1 nonsense. etc....

+1 is often when rather than making the same comment again commenting on the same thing said a second time it is more efficient to just use what I said before.

The repetition is simply a product of the same thing happening within the thread.  I am only a mirror giving commentary on what is posted so it's ironic that people don't like my comments when I'm often only summarizing or comment on what they posted. 

I can't control what others make the choice to choose to feel.  I'm just here to talk politics and enjoy myself

I never lose perspective that this is not real life and just an Internet forum and therefore never get angry and crazy because I just don't have that type of abnormal Emotional attachment to get all sensitive and go bananas.

You seem to have the same spirit of participation and like to make the most of the emoticons.  I never know why some posters choose to get so bent out of shape in the use of emoticons like it is a huge deal that a post on and Internet forum has some emoticons.

To some extent I agree with this. Trouble is, I don't think Trump is knowledgeable enough or has near enough understanding about many things to be Prez, period. He has effectively taken advantage of the divisive times & hot button issues in a populist way, but that doesn't make him qualified for potus in any way, shape or form.

But yet this is what he majority GOP base wants and is supporting.  Those things seem to most resonate with their values and what they want in a leader.

Yes it's obvious that what will be well over ten million voters and a new record for GOP voters in the primaries, Trump supporters are all the same: young and dumb and just no clue what's going on!
