impose a jail term.  But the sentencing hearing
will nevertheless mean that Trump will be the first
president to take office with a CRIMINAL conviction
written into his OFFICIAL record.

Obsessed with victim hood, Trump always claim witch hunts whenever he is being held accountable for his misconduct.  But the numbers don't lie.  Thousands of lawsuits in the last 50 years.  With contempt for the rule of law, he keeps doing things that require investigations.
