My Medicare was getting charged for covid kits I never received or requested. Now here's the catch that the criminals exploit.
The crooks place claims with Medicare for these services & are paid. When a good citizen like me reports the fraud, I was thanked for reporting it but nothing is done to recoup the funds. Our technology is archaic & so are our networks.
You need skilled, knowledgeable employees to make this happen. Getting rid of people right now isn't the answer. Get shit fixed! Automate processes! Then get rid of staffing through these improvements.
