Is Former President Jimmy Carter a racist ?
Well,,, five years ago Carter claimed that much of the animosity and criticism toward President Barack Obama is based on the fact that he is a black man..and that racism had come to the surface across the country because of a belief held by many whites that an African American is not qualified to be in the White House.
Well that was five years ago ...today fmr.President Carter made statements criticizing a sitting President ...a black sitting President.
In an interview today the 39th President said President Barack Obama "waited too long" to go after ISIS and criticized what he described as the President's changing foreign policy.
He also said that it would be strategic to have troops on the ground in Syria to help guide the air campaign...something Obama pledged not to do..
But,,Carter didn't stop there he citicized Obama's foreign policy, an approach that he says is lacking in "positive action." ( it's bad when you get the peanut pile-on)

"It changes from time to time," Carter said. "I noticed that two of his secretaries of defense, after they got out of office, were very critical of the lack of positive action on the part of the president." (ouch !)
