See while the biologists are engineering the virus we could explore a remove fleas bedbugs lice mosquitos black Flys gnats ect... through the community action programs. Giving chemicals for cleaning and pest control products such as raid to anyone in community in need.

If the op works then the community actio. Plan was great success with cleaning the environment the live in. And it would mitigate the risk if the virus becomes a catastrophic event....
