It shouldn't be EASY to file for bankruptcy. People shouldn't be able to walk away from their debt like your boy has done many many times.

This kind of bullshit cogitation is what helped get this POS elected.

However, this is the law of the land...If you don't like the law change the law and stop whining about it

Bankruptcy happens but making it easier is not the answer & that is what Joe voted against.

Old comments from 1977 resurfaced, quoting Biden as saying that non-"orderly" racial integration policies would cause his children to "grow up in a racial jungle." He then said: "Unless we do something about this, my children are going to grow up in a jungle, the jungle being a racial jungle with tensions having built so high that it is going to explode at some point."

Sen. Joe Biden told an audience which included hundreds of African Americans that Republican economic policies would "put y'all back in chains."

I believe in hardship relief for business's..it helps people who can no longer pay their debts get a fresh start..it's ..it's American.

And so do I.

But try to answer the question...do you think declaring bankruptcy should be easy?

In his 2014 memoir, Duty, former Defense Secretary Robert Gates famously shared his view that Biden, then the vice president and previously chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, had been wrong about “nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades.”

Of course, literally every part of Biden’s statement was wrong. Iranians loyal to the current regime have been chanting “Death to America” for decades and were, in fact, doing so the very day Iran signed the nuclear agreement with Biden and his old boss, President Barack Obama. Much more importantly, as Biden spoke, the Iranians were just hours away from launching a toothless, face-saving retaliatory attack that demonstrated their lack of resolve and their aversion to conflict. For the sake of domestic political theater, the ayatollah and his minions launched more than a dozen missiles that exploded harmlessly at and around a base that had been cleared two hours earlier.

Political scientist Ian Bremmer, certainly no fan of Trump, was unequivocal in describing what a coup this was for Trump. “Literally, the United States has killed the head of Iran's military in the Cabinet, and the response has been, you know, virtually nothing.”

Trump, aware of his victory, responded the following morning not with the bluster or intemperance often associated with his personality, but with a brilliant and disciplined speech calculated to de-escalate the situation and pave the way to a new nuclear agreement. He may or may not get one. But either way, Biden was wrong — as usual.

This is the man who once tried to dissuade Obama from his operation against terrorist mastermind Osama bin Laden; who supported the Iraq War and said in 2003, “I voted to go into Iraq, and I’d vote to do it again"; and who vocally opposed President Ronald Reagan's military buildup and the Strategic Defense Initiative, which helped bring down the Soviet Union.

C’MON MAN! Do you really think that is what got President Trump elected? Maybe the American people were tired of politicians. President Trump was not a politician running against the ‘most experienced’ candidate in Hillary. The media, the experts, the politicians, the polls and the celebrities assured all of us Trump wouldn’t be President. They were all wrong. So what is the ‘new’ strategy to beat President Trump? Rinse and repeat. Run a career politician with a horrible record again. Have the media, the experts, the politicians, the polls and the celebrities assure all of us Trump will not be re-elected. It worked so well last time.

Biden has hung around D.C. for about 50 years.........& hasn't done a fukkin thing except vote on other's bills.....he's not a leader......he's the Artie Johnson of the 21st century.

Exactly...he has had plenty of time to change things and hasn't. I suppose he needs 4 more years as 50+ years hasn't been enough...

So, we're comparing a candidate who had the lowest unemployment rate in half-a-century, lowest EVER unemployment among both blacks & woman just a short 6 months ago... Contrast that with the candidate that's been in Washington for half-a-century,.... and accomplished what again ??!!
