He said he is not in favor of defunding police but would redirect some funding (no purchasing military surplus for example). I guess that could be considered defunding to a certain degree but I am waiting for an update/changes in his stance.

The Democratic party, if they lose this current election, will be declared a waste zone. They have had 4 years since Hillary imploded via her own wrong-doings, and their best efforts were to throw her back into the mix with Biden and Sanders. I also had bought into Obama's health care concepts but in the end that ended up being too harsh of an exorbitant tax on the middle to upper class.

Trump's net negative has levelled off at a fairly constant -9 to -10.
