Why did the Secret Service allow Trump to be shot?

There is so much security in the world, I have a hard time checking my emails because of passwords, security, they sometimes say I'm a bot.

The shooter wasn't Rambo.  He was a 90 pound nerdy kid with no muscles.  

You're telling me, he just elluded everyone like some navy seal and shot Donald Trump?

I can't buy pesto bismol at CVS without speaking to security guards...  but this geek shot at  Donald Trump 10 times?  

Come on man.   This isn't weird?   Sometimes it takes me 30 minutes to pay my cable bill online because there is so much security.   This geek is shooting at the president?   What?   It doesn't make any sense.  

Coulda been some Mk Ultra shit . Or something more along the lines of Project Artichoke . Or something as simple as the Hawk Tua girl had just dropped a new Tik Tok and SS was too busy on their phones to see what that crazy gal was saying next . Also : incompetence .

The guy was solving ranch packet issues with the older folks in a nursing home earlier in the week and then this....

Yeah it's a bad look. Complacency comes to mind. And poor coordination with local law enforcement.

Like watching Air Disasters on Smithsonian. Many times pilots and co-pilots failed to do basic things like flaps down/extended when taking off. And they kill everybody. Called being human. This shooting event reminds me of those stupid pilot errors.

Full investigation should reveal the issues. 

My question is why 4 Secret Service members had such a hard time carrying the fat POS down the stairs?
