On Bovada they say:

If both FOX News and CNN declares or otherwise projects the winner of the Presidential Election between 12:00am November 6th and 11:59pm November 7th (ET) then Yes will be graded the winner.

 

According to the wording Fox can project a winner without declaring a winner. 

I think people have been pounding the +450 without reading the fine print. It’s now +150.
