D-Backs 5-inning ML -170 (5 units to win 2.9)
vs. Giants - matchup is Brandon Webb against Barry Zito, and when Zito
takes the mound I pretty much always go against him. One of these
games he'll turn the corner and give me a swift kick in the ass but I
don't think it happens against Arizona. Webb should be able to handle
the weak hitting Giants lineup. It's an early start out on the west
coast and the only problem I see is that the public is all over the
D-Backs ML.

Mikeny...you're right, Zito is not a bad pitcher. But, the Giants are a horrible team. That, put together with an arguably better pitcher and MUCH better team gives AZ the nod.

I dont think zito is a bad pitcher...he's on a slow start but I think he will come around today.
Reason for taking SF.
1. Thier at home.
2. Zito is a quality pitcher and with the law of averages, he is due for a good game.
3. Giants are the underdog and the public is all over arizona.
4. San Fran's bull pen has better numbers in the last 3 starts.
San Fran ML +166
I cant really justify betting on SF based on any of those reasons, but hey thats just me, the hottest team in baseball is goin with their ace on the mound, why bet against em while theyre streaking like this?

Zito is determined to take the best of 3 in this series. He is a good pitcher and is due to have a decent game. I think he will keep it close until both teams go to their bullpens. Right now I like SF's pen better than the DBACKS. The play on this one is SF ML. If you really don't think they're gonna win taking them RL.at -105 is a pretty good value.

It is always funny to hear someone say they are going the opposite of the public.
The public is right sometimes guys!! Are they right today? We'll see, but it is very hard to see the Giants winning this game unless Zito pitches a lot better and Webb flops.

Also like the over in this game. I think Arizona could get the over all by themselves and with Arizona being the road team you are likely to get a full nine inning game and the chance to go over.
