The Twins can flat out score runs! These two teams haven't played since May. They are not the same teams right now, they have played a complete season. You cannot use early season performances to compare these teams.

I'll take the Twins at home +130. I'm looking for Liriano to step in the playoffs, especially at home. He is due to get out of this slump.

i know everybody hates the yankees cause were tired of seeing them win consistenly. i personally hate them myself but this is a buisness its not personal the yankees will show why they are the defending champions and cc will shut down the twins in game 1....justin morneau is out for the postseason wich is a big blow for the twins and mauer is not 100% put your money on the yanks...

Expect solid performances from Sabathia and Liriano who are now experienced in postseason play and will pitch better today than they have in the past.

Neither team looked overly impressive coming down the stretch but I'll take a shot at getting the doggy bag with the home team in game 1 -- TWINS +135 & UNDER 7.5

The Yankees pitching has been rough the last 2 months of the season. The 2 guys you can count on to go out and keep the Yankees in the game is Sabathia and Petite. CC is the ace and he knows how big tonight's game is. The winner of tonights game wins the series. Girardi will have his team ready for tonights game. I hate betting against a home dog, but this is a good spot for the Yanks. 

I think the under is also a good play. I have to look at that more before I put in a play.

Im looking at the yankees putting up 7+ runs themselves tonight so my play is on the Over. Liriano hasnt been too good last 3 or so starts so even is cc holds tonight there is bound to be runs somewhere else

UNDER the posted total.  These pitchers look to be lights out.  Look for both squads to be a bit tentative with the bats.
