And so it goes,do or drive for the Phillys has the line adjusted to fit the belt of no return..At first glance no-one in their right mind would go against Doc with pride alone being enough of a factor..Better option would be too stay away,but with this match-up I see good value. Firstly,looking at Docs stats against the Giants is poor reading too say the least in regards to his overall stats against most other teams.. Secondly the Phillys bats other than Werth are swinging blindly at anything that leaves the hand of the opposing pitcher, who in this case happens to be Timmy.. Finally the Giants know only too well this is their chance to close it out at home,unlike the Rangers who head back to Arlington too face the Yankees and ice it....
All in all, unless the Giants pen has a meltdown I see them off to the world series vindicating one a year too late for most.Not eye..

I completely understand who is pitching....take into account these hitters just faced these pitchers a couple days ago....not saying it will be a 10-9 game...but I will take my chances on over 5.5

Did anyone see when the line was posted right after last nights game, Halladay was +150 on the money line. was i seeing things? i could have sworn i saw lincecum like -120 and halladay +150

this game will be over, and san grancisco will win, halladay never had been winner against san francisco and more or less in san francisco. san francisco will win.

Just because they "swing for the fences" doesn't mean they'll hit s$#t. When players "swing for the fences" against Lincecum or Halladay they usually hit nothing but air...
