Carolina was such a bad team there for a while.  Ever since Cam's car wreck they have done a complete 360. 

I'm not sure how AZ will be able to score.  I'm going to ride the hotter team and take... Carolina -6.5.  220/200

I like teasers since there is no juice where I bet.

Taking  Car. -.5  and OV  32   200/200

  Forget that.... Carolina hasn't beaten anybody good in the past few.  I'm going AZ +6.5  and teasing AZ +12.5 and ov 32. 

Better coached team in AZ.   We will see.  GL

Arizona lost by three points last week to the San Francisco 49ers. (20 - 17). The Final score of this game will be similar. While the Panthers have won their last four, that is against teams with loosing records. Out of the Panther's last five games, only Cleveland and the Vikins play some type of defense. Caroline won against a Cleveland by five points, a team that struggled offensively the entire season. The lost to the Vikins by a bunch of points. Cam will struggle against the Arizona defense. I expect Cam to throw a few interceptions in this one. He hasent' faced a defense like this in weeks. if the Panthers win, it will be very close. I think it will come down to whoever scores in their last drive.

you my friend are an idiot... if you look at football like that then you might be in trouble!! there was a year that all upsets happened in first round and i forgot which one it was.. secondly those are all teams that played and fought hard to be in the playoffs and more than capable of advancing.. check out my picks from previous weeks when i went 8 for 8, 6 for 7 and 8 for 10.. grow some balls and watch you loose the game today and when all these teams win remember how you lost your money to the bookies .. happy holidays

I suspect Carolina getting more respect than they deserve after they took ATL apart on the road. ATL had packed it in...ignore that game. Arizona... MONEY LINE...LARGE!

I like AZ with the points here, taking them +6.5 for one unit. Also considering over 37.5, only because the under seems a little too obvious, and it is a low #.

Agreed - Carolina's last 2 home games have been vs Hoyer and McCown.   They would not have covered 6.5 Pts vs either of these star QBs.  Not buying the "roll" that Carolina is supposedly on.   They may win, but not by much.

Hey Guys, I’d like to contribute to the community by putting in my two cents. I’ve been a handicapper professionally since 2010. Not really a gambler but I’m arrogant and I love being right. Hopefully we can be right on this together. Here are 2 reasons why Carolina -6.5 is the play.

 Arizona: 16

Carolina:  30

 

In General

The NFC is weak sauce in general. When I was reviewing this game I couldn’t tell if Arizona had good defense of if the NFC was touchdown challenged. (NFC East excluded)… Arizona can’t run the ball, has a high turnover 3rd string QB and lacks the ability to be play dynamic defense… (Blitzing every time is a great way to be predictably awful)… I’m not a big Carolina fan but I will be today.

 

Public Perception

I’m one of those math major kids. I built a computer to do all the crunching for me, since I used to be on the other side of the book I know the basis for LV’s computer algorithm, for those who don’t know Vegas is more about handicapping people than they are about predicting outcomes. They have all sorts of databases on player types, tendencies…etc. They know what teams’ people love to lose on and what teams people like to bet against.  There’s this HUGE mis-conception that just because a team went against the spread means that somehow Vegas lost money. News Flash, if you take the cards in this game you’re with the consensus and you’ve successfully out thought yourselves. With that said, take a step back… Carolina and Arizona…. Think about these two teams… No one is taking out second mortgages betting these squads… In fact compared to all four games this weekend, this is the weakest bet game of all…. Compared to games like “America’s Team” or the Andrew Lucks’ v. The Gingers…. This one should be a freebee…

Carolina can run the ball well with Cam and Stewart... the O-Line play has been a key to their 4-game win streak...they controlled the LOS against Atlanta...yes, the Panthers lack a high-quality #1 WR but Benjamin is coming along and both he and Olsen have over 1000 yards receiving this year...they are a physical well-balanced offense...

I think Bruce Arians is a sensational coach but I don't believe he has the horses and fire power to win this game...I know Arizona has a fine defense with Todd Bowles running it but I don't think that will be enough...if this game was in Arizona and Carson Palmer was the starting QB, I would very likely go with Arizona...but it's not!

While Arizona has lost by a combined score of 55-23 the last two weeks, Carolina has won four straight by an average score of 28-11 (including blowing out their divisional rivals on the road)...on Saturday, they will not be on the road but be at home in front of their fans...this is a huge asset!...I realize they won two close games at home against TB & Cleveland (and would not have covered an eight point spread) but that won't mean a whole lot when the ball is kicked off on Saturday...

I think Carolina wins big here...I think their D will stack the line to shut down the Cards running game and force Lindley to beat them with his arm and thus force him into mistakes...their defense is too fast and physical for a young QB to contend with on the road...if Carolina gets a lead and Arizona has to become one-dimensional, it will get ugly like it did in Atlanta because Lindley will wind up on his back like Matt Ryan did...I think Cam and the Panthers are very hungry and will feed off the crowd...

Arizona 13    Carolina 38

Again, anything can happen and I could be 1000% wrong so don't let me influence your play...but I see a lot of mismatches here...and football is a game of match-ups and adjustments...and I like the team who is at home and has won four straight, has the better QB, can run the football better and play very physical defense...

Teasing car and over. It's the playoffs now. One game decides all. Home field is huge. Car should win but might not cover the high spread. IMO this spread should be around 3-4 for car. They have showed progress the past couple of weeks but it was against mediocre teams. Should be a close battle even with a 3rd string qb for Arizona. GL to all

taking a 2 team teaser with arz and balt...... everybody focused on arz 3rd string qb but let me remind everyone he did throw a touchdown or 2 in the last game against san fran. in my opinion the nfc has been weak offensively, so sure Carolina has a good D but who the hell did they really play against that they put up great defensive stands. idk call me crazy but i believe arizona is the better choice and with most books offering the line between 5.5 and 6.5. i take the points.....   my other team bal im teasing well because all the hype seems to be on PIT and big ben but ppl are forgetting flaco having a good season as well. give me the points on this game with a teaser and ill watch as i believe both these games stay close.   also going to sprinkle a tad on the under 1st half carolina vs arizona game. i think both squads come out and try to do too much in the beginning with mistakes on the offensive side of the ball leaving me to believe it will be a run run pass 3 and out type of affair in the 2nd quarter . TOP type of 2nd quater leading into a low scorig 1st half
