 - - you got it. Frank Gore & "Burner" Turner, it's the same guy. Just hand it off and run right at this overrated defensive line and watch the yards and scoreboard light up.

Matt Stafford finally looked like Matt Stafford last week - throwing behind guys and over their head. "Megatron" can't "Transform" if you don't have someone that can throw it to him........ Plus Jahvid Best is out?

Lions are back to reality, Atlanta will get their head straight, and all is right in the world..........

I'm going to this game Ford Field will be rocking twice as loud as that Chicago game.  I got a score of  31-23 Lions.

The over is looking realy good, taking the over and Atlanta will have problems in this enlclosed stadium and against Detroits pass defense. Look at the points racked up against the 49 ers with two good defenses. This is going over.  Detroit-detroitover and pittsburgh large parlay.

Jahvid was just another replacement,  anybody can step in and run through the holes Detroit is making. Detroit wont miss a beat. Somebody said that stafford's accuracy was off against 49ers yes but that was the 49ers Atlanta cant bring that kind of pressure to bear.  Also Detroit killed Chicago and Chicago killed Atlanta.

This game is not looking right for some reason. the spread seems a little low and the public is 50/50. Everyone jumped off the Lion bandwagon that fast? Not sure about this one

Maurice Morris won't be the checkdown guy that Jahvid was capable of. Don't downplay the Falcons yet. Michael Turner could be the factor. If he has a good game, i love the Falcons. They have the players, and they are in a dome. Falcons have enough to win this game outright. The road game does not help. If ATL is at home this game is a pick em.


Initially liked the under 47.5, but i hate betting an under in a dome. These defenses will show up, and betting an under against CJ and Roddy is just plain non sense.

At the very least, small play on +3.5, maybe buy to +4

As i type this ESPN NFL Tonight just analyzes this game and an analyst says how the crowd noise will be a factor to ATL.

That is not necessarily as strong a factor when your dealing with another dome team. Mind you both teams are playing in very competitive divisions. This has the feel of a playoff game for these teams. It will be close.

Detroit had a very good run this year.  I see this being a very close game. Taking the 3.5 to 4 points on ATL would be a good bet. Detroit have a very tough schedule to deal with ahead of the bye week. The under 44 is the best bet here.. Slow 1pm game..

Away off su win has been a moneymaking play for the Dirty Birds. It didn't happen so far this season but I'm taking a shot that it happens Sunday.

Inside, over 47.5 should be easy I'm thinking. Jsut sort of concerned that the total is so low compared to the previous weeks. Seems almost too inviting. Not overthinking it though and sticking with my large parlay.

Detroit is the real deal , and they should have won against the 49ers in their only loss but the refs saw it another way. yeah bad calls for the lions all game

Lions -3 ( but buy up the .5 , dont let the man put the hook on you)
