san diego was handed a win by the raiders, they beat up on a tenn , with chris johnson useless and no locker !  what has san diego done to impress you ???????    on the other hand matty ice and his two weapons are playing great and now that defense has swag !!   give me ATL as a dog all day !!

This is the same old song that the critics sang last week with the broncos and Peyton manning. Peyton this, Peyton that, Peyton didn't do shit!!! Then it was broncos defense this, broncos defense that and they look like shit also and got lit up by Matty Ice. The only reason why the broncos ever had a breathing chance in the game is because the falcons played to conservative and ran the stupid ball with DUI M. Turner in the 4th qtr. and had 3 three and outs. Also the refs flatten the ball and held up the game with reviews and penalties which stopped the momentum from Matty Ice. 

Now Atlanta is against the chargers and Phillip Rivers. Seriously what has the chargers ever done in any season with Phillip Rivers at QB? Also the chargers have one of the worst pass defenses in the league!!!

Look if you want to give your hard earned money by all means play the chargers cause apparently your allergic to your money in your wallet!!!!

San Diego will win because Rivers has full range of his neck and arms, and won't throw 3 picks in the first 5 seconds!!!!!!

Even with the huge early advantage, the Denver Peytons were still technically in the game late in the fourth. Plus Mathews back and Turner probably out for being an idiot is a running game swithch right there. Atl on a short week, travelling cross country, drama with "Burner"......

I'd still buy the hook, though

The Birds will win straight up, while the Phillip Rivers of old will throw at least 2 INTS and put chargers in a hole quickly.  The Falcons def looks for real and the offense can move the ball.

I'm gonna take a long hard look at the O/U....initially I though this game would sail over, but I'm suprised to see a relatively respectable # at 47.5. Putting that number out I think Vegas is inviting people to take the over. With that in mind I think the hook would be placed on their side. LEANING SD ML UNDER

Atl is a different team outside the dome, always been a shaky team on the road.  Rivers making smarter decisions and playing at home favored by a field goal sounds good to me. Also loving the over 47 here.  S.D. 31-24

Get your facts straight ATL let the Broncos back into the game by always playing to conservative in the 4th qtr. For some reason Mike Smith loves to ground and pound the ball whether the running game is working or not. Ryan Matthews are kidding me!!! He's never done anything in his career besides injury himself every season. I wouldnt doubt it if he gets injured this game too. Anyways, it won't matter cause the chargers has no defense!!! 

Mark my words "NO TEAM IN THE NFL WILL STOP THE PASSING ATTACK OF THE ATLANTA FALCONS THIS YEAR"!!!!

Hello sports fans, sorry for showing up so late to the thread. 

As the resident Chargers homer on this thread, I'm here to tell you this is another win for SD, even if it will only be by the slightest of margins. Take the wins while you can, because this train will soon be tested and possible derailed.

SD's defense is still looking good and the real reason they are a contender this year. Rivers and the offesnse continues, but will be tested. 

The bottom line, SD wins by 2+.

Phillip Rivers, Peyton Manning, Matt Cassel, will all have one thing in common this season.... They will all finally find out how much more of an elite QB Matty Ice truly is over any of them!!!!  "Rivers and the offense continues".... Look who Rivers and company played against, "Raiders and the Titans".  2 teams that are 0-2 this season.

Chargers a contender this season? Really are you kidding me! That's what they say about the chargers every season.  You sound just like ESPN analysis saying the cowboys, broncos, panthers, and now chargers have a chance and respectively could win there divisions.  But yet every single year these teams are all let downs and barely crack .500 in a regular season.
