COWBOYS HATERS......dont' be a moron. handicap the game. don't believe the hype. educated fans know deep down that Dallas is capable fo beating...anybody. I know Baltimore has a shut down D..but what about the Dallas D? There is a reason why announcers are now gushing about the Dallas pass rush. Plus with all of the tension between Romo, Owens, Whitten and Co...when has that really affected winning in the reg season? Ex. look at the Lakers with Kobe and Shaq....nuff said.
Dallas is in do or die mode with a new weapon. Tashard "Taster's" Choice. We know Romo is good for a pick (as usual), but can Joe Flacco handle that stout Dallas D? Eli Manning couldn't...and I really don't have faith in a rookie against Dware and Co. PLus Dallas is at home. Dallas has lost only one game at home this year.....ONE. I've never in my life heard so much trash directed at a team that has lost only 1 game at home with 2 games remaining in the NFL. If most teams in the NFL had the same record that Dallas does right now and had only 1 home loss at this point in the season the fans would be talking nothing short of Conf Title game or SB. Instead Dallas fans have been led to believe their team probably won't make the playoffs when in reality Dallas controls their own destiny as of tod. Overall, Dallas is normally a hard team to handicap because they have always been inconsistent on ATS this decade. They blow out teams they shouldn't (ala Giants....no disrespect Spyweb) and lose to teams they shouldn't to either like the Rams. I'm not as impressed with Balitmore knowing they haven't beaten too many good teams on the road, the only one being Miami. I have to say Dallas to win straight up with Confidence..but I'm not sold on Dallas covering. I'm thinking Dallas definately by 4.....just not sure -4.5. If anything I would hedge this one.
Dallas -4.5 (risky) and the under. Definately not a better's dream.

big ravens fan here. baltimore is in must win mode too. hate to say it but i think dallas wins this one. i will cheer for my boys but taking dallas on a 2 team teaser. just a note , theres a good chance CB fabien washington does not play with a bad hamstring and with McAlister out for the year baltimore`s secondary is already thin

Ware looked like a beast against a good Giant O-line last week.... they had that back-up in BOOTHE... and he was housed.... I just think it will be a little too tough for a rookie FLACCO to go into DALLAS and come out with a good game....
Dallas played Pitt D on the road and really played 3 solid quarters of football.... had that game been in Dallas big difference.... I use Pitt as a gauge because the Ravens just played them in a close game at home, and they are number 1 and number 2 Defense respectively.... so I'm thinking, if Dallas played well against the best defense on the road.... then just beat another tough defense at home.... then they should be ok with Baltimore's D..... if this was in Baltimore, I would be singing a different tune....
I can't stand Dallas.... Jerry Jones and TO make me sick... Romo is ok... I'm from NY, even though I'm a Jet fan I can't stand Dallas.... but I will be laying the 4 with them this weekend....
I think it's going to come down to Dallas' offense having a decent game.... and their D stepping up as they have recently against a mediocre at best Ravens offense.... AT HOME.....
As long as they take care of the ball, the Cowboys should be ok...
But Romo has to know that he can't scramble as much against this D-line....
I would say Dallas easily covers at home in a 21-10 victory... somewhere along those lines.... GL TO ALL

You know your stuff. I'm just amazed sometimes at the hatred of Dallas. Living in Oklahoma we luv Dallas almost as much as we like our Oklahoma Sooners. Hell, we luv Dallas more than we do the OKC thunder. In oklahoma babies learn to suck the biddie, walk, and then cheer for Dallas.
Also, one thing to look at..since Wade Phillips has been calling the Defensive plays instead of that guy Brian (don't know his last name, plz help me here) Dallas has held opponents from 25+ per game to about 16+ per game. Wade is proving (now) why he got hired. Because Wade is a specialist in the 3-4 Defense which was started By Bill Parcells. They say Defense wins championships. Guess what....the Dallas D is aiming to give Demarcus Ware the NFL sack record. Ware is about 3.5 sacks away from breaking the record. Let's not even talk about the Dallas Secondary with Ken Hamlin and Terrance Newman. Terrance is a new man this year when he's healthy. You have to ask your self....who can afford a mistake more? Romo or Flacco.
Breakabookie..you might wanna look at that New Orleans v Detroit game too. That looks almost like a lock.

cowboys coming off an emotional win vs the rival giants on sunday night- i can see a little bit of a drop down in energy here vs the ravens who have been solid ats all year.

haha... well I don't hate them THAT bad because they are in the NFC, just hate them a little.....
good tip with Phillips, your insight is always helpful... I didn't know that and that little piece of info is strengthening my play....
I AM SCARED OF THE NO GAME.... this Detroit team is playing for their lives.... they don't want to lose every game, you can see it... they are fighting.... obviously NO is the better team, but if you look at Detroits games vs. Turf teams, it is interesting how close they play them.... Minn and Indy.... Minn almost blew it twice... Indy was tied in the 3rd at home!... I know becuase I lost money betting INDY lol
I'd rather put my money on DALLAS at home covering 4 than NO on the road covering 6.... even if Detroit is winless... just my opinion

Hey Major.i promise you they wont be flat.1 more loss and they are done...they know too...bigrazz hit the nail on the head no fabian washington and the ravens are in big trouble..he wasnt in on the last drive #41 walker nooooooooooooooo....fabian replaced chris #21..3rd string corners are not going to cover dallas wideouts...ravens had to back off blitzing late versus pitt out of coverage fears when pitt realized walker on the field..4.3 versus 4.5 corner speed no way..i live in maryland and love the ravens but he needs to go to have a shot here......

Tough game to cap in my opinion. Both teams need the win to keep their playoff hopes alive. I'm leaning towards Dallas at the moment just because the Ravens are going to be a little thin in the secondary and they're at home. The Cowboys as a team scare me though. They can implode at any minute. Barber still didn't look healthy to me last week either. I wanna see how much he practices this week before locking in my bet.

I think this one is easier to pick than most think. I think the Cowboys kick that ass. The Ravens haven't been clutch at all this year. They're 9-5 and they could easily be like 12-2 if they finished a few games. Their D played well against the Steelers for most of the game but.....when it really counted they weren't clutch! The Cowboys D have been very impressive as of late and if they can score 3 TD's or more they should win and cover easily!

Hey Kmaster, they lost there 2nd string cb ,they then played prevent defense out of fear of giving up a big play, they cant play like that and beat anyone..if washington cant go they are in big trouble and they know it...

Dallas is at home on a fast track. They are way better than the Ravens. 4 points is a gift Cowboys win by pounding the 2 man running game and using a balanced passing attack with great weapons. Clayton and Mason and Flacco are not guys that are going to be scoring on that Cowboys Defense. i did not meantion a running game because its insignificant, the ravens dont know who is their 1st string and Dallas run d is so good it aint gonna matter.
Dallas 30-14

Leaning Baltimore here as the more solid, consistent team ESP with the cowboys coming off a big emotional win at home on sunday night TV against the defending super bowl champs. At first glance this looks like a gift at -4 coming off the big win last week which to me indicates the play is the other way.
I was going to list more reasons why i like baltimore and the points...but we got pounded in chicago by snow today it took me almost 2 hours to drive 5 miles to my condo downtown and im beat.

If you guys check the totals on the Ravens matchups they have decreased significantly in the past say 3, 4 games BUT...I got a feeling there will be scoring in this one ...let's hope its not another 10-7 snoozer....Big D of Dallas stagnates Balti needing more to win .....Dallas gets the big play done in this and Balt runs for points....gl

Me too Breaka..... Last week the Ravens & Cardinals killed it for me. And to all you Steeler backers out there - once again - a controversial "lucky - ass" win. If the Ravens had won last week (which technically, they did, or at least had a chance to - but the refs saw otherwise) I think the aspect of this game would be a lot more significant. But now, even though I've been riding the Ravens & Falcons all year, with a thin secondary and Dallas "D" performing like they should have been all year long - I gotta take Dallas at home.

Do you know anything about football, you call the 6th best rushing attack in the nfl "insignificant" and the Dallas run D is so good..... their playin the Ravens run D with a banged up Marion Barber who only managed 8 attempts for 2 yards last week and Tashard Choice hasn't faced this type of defense.EX. Rashard Medenhall. The Ravens D will give up their fair share of passing yards but will cause turnovers leading to points. Only Bet here is the over. Cowboys D will be sub par compaired to the Steelers D they faced last week.

The Ravens will make Dallas look very out of sink. And they will do it in Dallas, which will stir up the media one week before they have to got to Philly and play the Eagles were they would have to win to make the playoffs, most likely. This will be a very entertaining two weeks in big D!!
Pound the Ravens!!

Can we really expect a fair & balanced opinion of how to bet this game from someone with the name "RayLewis151220"? I'm waiting for the rebuttal to your quote from "TonyRomo696969"

this game will look alot like the cowboys and steelers. the cowboys are thin at rb, but you dont game plan running on the ravens n-e- way, its a plus if u do. flacco will be way past confused, and this is probably the largest stage hes ever played on being the last game at Super bowl, i mean Texas Stadium.the ravens will get blasted by the cowboys d, and while ray and ed reed and co will amke their presence felt, they cannot go blow for blow wit my man Romo and cast. dallas will go for 17-24, depending on the amount of turnovers sir flacco donates, while the ravens on score 10 if Romo invites 1 of his lady friends. easy cover and i would lean under, but im no expert..........

Grew up in Dallas area. Love the boys. I'll be at the game. Not gonna lie, go BOYS! The D has looked great. Ware has been outstanding. The D has come together to show the O how to play football. Benn living the Dallas soap opera foe the last few weeks. It is starting to wear on me, us! But that is what we get for living in Big D.
Balt has been making me $$$ this year. I love the way they are playing now that they have an Offense. You knew that if they ever had an O they would be fun to watch.
Dallas is now half way through the toughest part of their schedule. The December month (sorry for the D word Dallas fans) is the hardest month for anyone this year! They are having to play the #1,2,3 and 7 ranked Defenses. This game will be a true test for them.
Dallas' last game at home, ever! Tough to go against the boys here. So I'm not. Not going for them either. Gotta take the under. GLTA.
