Morning all...I don't normally post on here, allthough I read the board everyday. As a Pittsburgh Steelers fan I watch alot of Ravens games. Not that this means anything, but if you look at them from road angle here is what u get:
9/13 @jets: defensive struggle, they squeek by and win 10-9
9/19 @cinci: another defensive struggle, they loose 10-16 to cinci
10/3 @pitt: same story here but Flacco marched down the fiedld down 10-14 and completes an unbelieveable 30-40 yard td catch to win on one of the last plays of the game to go up 17-14....again this team was beat and pulled out the miracle to win, thats what the game is all about I guess.
10/17 @new england: had new england beat, let them come back in the 4th quarter with their "overhyped defense". Then went on to let them win the game in overtime...still haven't coverer 3.5 yet on the road....
11/11 @ATL: didn't show up in the first half, went to the air secold half and tried to make a comeback but again the "Defense" couldn't stop Atlanta from scoring..I think this was a Thursday night stinker that got real interesting at the end....Ravens loose 21-26
11/21 @Carolina: Ah yes...Cupcake time...Killed the panthers 37-13...covered the 13 and then some...nuff said !
12/13 @Houston: Monday night, everyone watched it...Balt dominates first half, gives up a bomb to Andre Johnson right before half....gets the 3q return kickoff...their rolling right, WRONG...how about giving up 21 unanswered points to Houston with that shut down De-Fense again...games goes to over time and ends on a PICK 6 to get the win and cover...I was on balt that night.
....so again they pull a rabbit out their ass to get the W....
12/26 @cleveland: day after x-mas, no one is really motivated, flacco has 2 short td and 102 yards,Colt throws 3 picks, raven have 2 fumbles, hillis does nothing, ray rice gets by as well. Ravens go ahead and win 20-10 to a team they are supposed to crush, division game or not...this is supposed to be a team to trust on the road ??
The team gives up way to much thru the air if KC wants to throw, but why when they can run the ball allday long and do the same on this D. Ed reed is not Troy Palamalu and Baltimore gives up points.
So with all of this being said, I am on a play against Baltimore today with KC +3.5, and total going over 40.5 once Baltimore gets down and desperate and has to go thru the air. GL all....hope this one helps....sorry so long but I was up early out here on the west coast with nothing better to do but type out my thoughts.
