The Chiefs have an ability or knack for stinking up the joint at times especially at home... On the other hand the Bills have been known to play teams close at times especially in surprise situations on the road... I just don't see that happening in this one. Not that I think KC will steamroll the Bills but rather I believe that KC should live up to expectations in this home/season opener vs a team that is still biting ankles in thier division without any hope of making a serious effort for a playoff spot.
KC (along with San Diego and Oakland) has a shot at the weak AFC West title this season (Notice that I did not include Denver, ha,ha,ha), and since they have raised expectations they had better start with a home win vs the perennial high drafting Bills from Buffalo.
Asking KC to cover by a TD here should be do-able by the end of the game even with all the rust caused by the lock-out. KC would be smart to establish a run game before airing it out. Early turnovers could ignite some fight in the Bills and make many start biting nails after giving Buffalo +7 points to start this one off.
But I have enough nervous faith that KC will get it done.

Judging by the pre season this should be the shittiest game of the day as both teams looked horrendous . the loss of moeaki will really hurt kansas city this year , Cassel might not even play in week 1 it is being reported , so i would think kc runs early and often and manage to win but i get the feeling they take a step back this year and might be an over hyped team.

For anyone that likes to follow trends, I did a bit of digging on this game and found that Kansas City is a solid 8-2-2 in their first game of the season at Arrowhead. They have gone 5-0 ATS as favorites of -3 or higher. Furthermore, the Under has hit 10 of 12 times.
Just throwing that out there.

I believe kc will not be that great this year. However, I also believe Buffalo will have another sub-par year. Matt Cassel is banged up but will play. However, I believe they will use Jamaal Charles and run over the Bills. But I believe Buffalo will also be able to pass against and not very good kc defense. Going with the over this one big time
