Last week I got off the Falcon's train, and with no regrets, as the Saints captured a much needed win against them to secure a playoff spot. This week, I'm wheeling right back with a "sizeable" play on Carolina. Yeah, I know- the Panthers are probably the worst team in the league, and they really do suck. My reasons are a few: this could very well be HC John Fox's last game. In week # 14, the Falcons routed them 31-10 in Carolina. Carolina has shown a history of covering the number in revenge matches in recent years. Both the Falcons and Saints are aware each other is playing at the same time, different games.I am expecting the Bucs to win outright against the Saints. And when that happens, I see the Falcons pulling their starters, as they will have nothing further to gain. I DON'T see Carolina winning, but a late cover, is a strong possibilty. Atlanta, has shown a very poor record as double digit favorites.
CAROLINA + 14.5 (HUGE!)

Every post this Vue guy makes is a "HUGE" play. Stop trying to draw attention to yourself.
I don't need to draw attention to myself. It's people like you,who do it for me. Your assertion that every play I post is sheer nonsense. Each NFL week ,my top play is a HUGE,my 2nd highest is an EXTRA LARGE, and my next 4 highest are LARGE plays. I started posting my opinions to try an help others on this site. I'm very sorry, I let you down Prentice GT. Since I started posting Huge plays back in week #7- I've only hit 7 out 10 plays. Again ,my apoligies, and have a Happy New Year.

ATL -14.5: should win by double d's, the incentive for the Atlanta, getting the #1 seed in the NFC, vs. the worst team in the league with a lameduck coach. Score: Panthers 3-Falcons 33.

Let me see they won at Carolina two weeks ago by 21 so lets just add another 13 at home something like 44-10. Matty Ice will be out to get this team back on track. Carolina is 0-7 on the road and 2-13 for a reason. Atlanta will put the foot the pedal and won't let up.

Aints were a lucky team that needed luck to win that game or else we would be resting players. Falcons wont miss 10+ sacks this game, fumble at the 1, or fumble snaps, I promise.
$$$$$$ on my mind

Before you say who's the lucky team, if it wasn't for Hartley screwing up and a fumble out of the end zone in their first matchup, the Falcons wouldn't have even beat the Saints. It's clear who the best team in the South is and it's certainly not Atlanta

I am a huge falcon fan myself... And yes that game last week was a fluke... turner shouldnt have fumbled at the 1 and if brees wouldnt have tackled abraham this would be a totally different story... Matty Ice is going to want to have that number 1 seed and we will destroy the panthers... just like we did earlier this year... I loved the way we played d last week though with all the blitzs i hope we keep that up because it looked very effective... with that said lets go dirty birds!!!!
FALCONS COVER...

Tough loss Monday especially the way Atlanta D was working Brees but he being a SB champ he can overcome however if they bring that same intensity on whoever the QB is for Carolina I imagine this will be ugly all game long. Plus it isn't often Atlanta gets the chance to secure home-field throughout the playoffs gotta think they wouldn't mind having the road to Arlington come through the ATL -- FALCONS -14

thanks for all the advise but,the bottom line is atl knows about the coach for carol .they might be up for a hard play but, after they see that not going to work they lay down no back door here all business .they need the big positive note after last week.

atlanta comes out swinging first half and rest their starters. will be the same play book with alot of teams already secured in the playoffs. yeah ,they will try a "little" for home field advantage.
14pts sounds a bit much. actually looking at the higher digits dogs and parlaying them. panthers, cinci, chi,
in this particular game if i dont take panthers, than the over might be the play.

Vue, don't listen to this guy, if he's actually seen every post you've done, then he'd know sometimes you're in it for the small play, medium, etc.
Anyways, I like Carolina too, but for different reasons - I see it being midway through the 4th quarter, Falcons up by 14, and they're content with just running the clock out - it's always that .5 point that screws you over, right? - So this time I'm going to be on the right side of it. Happy New Year Buddy!!!!!!!
