51.5 is a lot of F'n points.....

Even with all of the high powered offense on both sides of the ball, I see this one as more "ground and pound" for some reason - and A Rod with a late 4th quarter TD to break a 17-17 tie

The past two seasons including the playoffs green bay home record combine betting the over is 14 and 4 at home for the OVER. As every one here knows sometimes research can be your best friend. Give me the Over with no second thoughts.

I watched the game last week and the only reason Chicago pounded Indy the shittiest team in the league last season was because Luck gave them three pics. Plus a fumble if I remember right. Take away those gimmees and the game would have been fairly close. Indy's defense seems to be worse than last year.

GB isnt in the gift giving business.   Chicago gets a reality check tonight.

What happened last year is quite irrelavent........

Both squads have been tore down and rebuilt since then...........

GB's D  is still questionable........they got blasted then lost fist game of 2012 @ home?

It was a wake up call, too bad there still snoozing

The bears got hammered their first two possessions last week against what turned out to be a pretty dosile unit for the remainder of the game.... So I'm hoping that Walsall the adjustment they need.... Feel like this outcome is a toss up leaning slightly to green bay money line.... But... This game has to go way over 51...... Right.... I'm tutting the house on the over... Thinking 21-17 halftime score and Rollin n the dough!!!!!

2 Teams...Early in the season...Very evenly matched as far as advantages. GB more offenssive weapons...Chi more defensive weapons. Tight game decided by a field goal...take the points...

Throw out history, as for da Bears record with Culter against the Fudge-packers was with OC Ron Tuner (no imagination) and Mike Martz (Nut, and would not let Cutler autible).

New Offensive weapons. da Bears realize that they can put a strong hold on the Division with a win tonight..

As most people on this damn forum post the stupidest reasons why a team will cover or win and not even post any information at all. I'll provide some hints:

12/25/11    CHI 21 - GB 35    GB -13    O 41.5
09/25/11    GB 27 - CHI 17    GB -4    U 45.5
01/23/11    GB 21 - CHI 14    GB -3.5    U 42

Looking at this grid, what do you see? There should be 3 points you should be catching.

You can't just say a team's defense sucks. There are many factors that can contribute to a "bad D". This leads to a major point in which I cannot provide any more info to the general public.

The teams have not changed that much except GB's special teams. The addition of Cobb adds another element that may even void the Bears special teams.

Reason Indy's D sucked later in the game is because Freeney went down and Mathis was double teamed the whole game.

Been a long time since Bears have run vs PACK.
In Fact , Cutler has been leading rusher of late...
HOWEVER
 BUSH n' FORTE'S  114 yrds combo vs  inept PACKOLTS  D
suggests Rushing Tide could be turning to Bears favor.
Heavy stats  favors Pack to win  :
 - PACK are 9 - 0  ATS following reg. season spread loss.
- Rodgers has never lost to Bears @ home.... PACK are 14 - 2 last 16 @ home....Cutler vs Pack : 6 TD 's - 12 INTS
Losing 5 of 6.... Bears suspect secondary ranking 28 th LY.
IMO ,Packers beat themselves vs  a Frisco team that on road LY did not dominate,winning by small margin vs weaker foes. Poor calls , penalties n' mental laxness doomed GB.
 WTF , 30 YRD pass plays on 3 RD -1 and 3 Rd - 2 ?!?!
Easy to assume  pumped Pack  will be all out to crush Bears , however  Bears always seem to hang within 6
 ( except for LY  Cutlerless Bears  match in Dec.) 
For first time in Cutler's Bear career , he's  a happy camper,mentally n' physically improved with front office finally drafting pair of  6 ' 4 wideouts . ( official end of Bears smallish wideouts) 
Does appear  X mate Marshall  honeymoon has begun and there's ABSOLUTELY NOTHING  Packers can do to prevent X broncs to gain bocoup yards  except  to sack Cutler  continuously could  happen if Bears can't establish run tonite.
Of note : As a Bronco with half ass QB in 2010, Marshall  light up Pack's secondary to 127 yrds via 10 catches.
Cutler will connect  with new n' improved corners BUT for Bears to win they MUST control clock  via dominating run game which they are more capable of doing than Pack.Other side, Rodgers is likely to once again be GB's leading rusher...So it 's all air for Pack.
IF  Bears can't establish running game n' keep Packers guessing ,then constant  No huddle offense will send Pepper n' Bears puffin' to showers in defeat.
If  Bears control clock  which they must do this baby will go under.
Early in the season,legs are fresh,saying Bears will succeed running ,pissin' tics off,keeping it under.
Bears 8-1 Under last 9 road games  during opening two weeks.

I like how people compare games from last season.. They are completely different teams!! Chicago played with Henie as their QB last year!! They also didn't have Brandon Marshall.. Plus they are running a new offense.. Green Bay really didn't add much to their team..

Anyways.. Because of my need to gamble.. Chicago +5 and under 51 for 1.5 units a piece.. Best of luck guys
