Green Bay hasnt won at home against the Bears since 2003. That changes today. The Cheeseheads at Lambeau saw the packers take care of business against Peyton Manning, I think theyll see another day on the job against Rex or Orton.
Maybe the packers didnt look so good last week because they were playing one of the best D lines in football. The bears are beat up. If Grossman starts today, I see the bears Offense scoring maybe 2 TD's. If Orton starts, is he gonna be ready after missing a week? I dont think so, not against the defense.
Packers Defense is underated, has been all year, and has been the last three years.The only thing is, Nick Barnett is out for the season. He was the guy that defense was based around. But, the Packers have one of the best secondary in the league with Al Harris, Charles Woodson, and Atari Bigby. And you know how both the Bears QBS like to throw the ball. So if the packers can shut off the ground game of Bears weak O Line and suprising Matt Forte, the Packers should roll here.
If the bears can pressure Aaron Rodgers, they roll. But, dont give up on Rodgers, he's a very smart QB. Look for Ryan Grant to have a mediocre day, but good enough to set up the pass for Aaron. I see Matt Forte having a pretty big day for the bears, especially after the showing Adrian Peterson gave the Packers D last week. Grant it, Forte isnt the same, and Minn has a lot better O line, but the Packers are weak against the run.
Turnovers all day for both teams. This is a pretty good road test for the bears since they havent had a road game in a few weeks, and its at Green Bay. Its COOOLLLDDD with no sun up in Green Bay, so the offenses MIGHT be a little stingy. Im guessing a defensive game, but with a few Defensive TDs. With Bears weak secondary, I gotta say Rodgers throws all over them on 3rd downs today. The Pack needs this game to tie it back up in the North. Packers win this by atleast 6.
