I agree with WinsNow Bears (+4') keep it close and maybe win outright, but I think it stays UN 49'. That hook on the 4 is important or you just might be kissing your sister.

The line is staying at SD -4 or -4.5 in some books, but about 70% moneys coming in SD plus Chicago Bears start RB is out tonight game, the line should go up. But stay steady at SD -4, that is fishy!!!
