I like Chicago to kill Tennessee here. They will run easily opening up the play action downfield. Tennessee has no effective pass rush. Chicago can stop the run and also put pressure on Hasselbeck resulting in good things for Chicago.
Large on Chicago -3.5 is a gift here.

After a close game with Carolina last week, the Bears will fix Oline for this game at least and win big, def holds strong and may even keep streak alive of another def TD

You can pretty much bet against tenny all year.... I'm a big tenny fan and this team is garbage. The new coach and his staff have no clue how to prepare for a game or execute a win. They play 1st half football and that's it. The defense is just ...... Non existent. I really thought they would get over the hump last week against indy ..... I was so wrong. This team will be nothing until bud adams hires real coaches. Sure Titans might win but I doubt it.... Gl to anyone who puts money on Tennessee .... You need it.

This one isn't going to be competitive; Bears win Big! But also, the Bears defense is going to frustrate the hell out of the Titans, so they aren't going to put many point on the board.

This game is a tough one. The spread is only 4...Tenn is playing better. I still don't trust the Bears for some reason. Going with Tennessee in this one

There's a reason that line is so light, Bears are due for a loss. Looking ahead to the Texans matchup and expect the Tennessee that knocked off the Steelers to show. UPSET TITANS ML

Man, I'll probably nut up on the titans here, but I'm really looking for something better than a blend of gut feel and vegas chicanery. So far I just feel that the bears are in a funk post bye and aren't playing as well, which is something they tend to do year to year. Newton and co. got good yards against the defense and the titans have some very top tier weapons for hassleback to play with (cj2YPC, Wright, britt, cook). Looking at all the -3 to -4 lines that vegas dropped, this looks like the most suspicious... broncos by 4 over bengals is strong, but broncos are on the way up... same with detroit. plus both of those lines moved in that direction. Browns ravens line is about right and simply moved with public money. This one has sat still amidst public pounding, even going from 4 down to 3.5. This line just simply doesn't pass the smell test.
Still gonna sit on this one, because I'm sure a better number can be had tomorrow morning, but it does feel like the titans are a very live dog here.

Titans should be entering this game on a 3 game winning streak. Last weeks loss against the Colts included 3 offensive pass interference calls (how often do you see that?), one of which resulted in a TD to Kenny Britt being called back. Also in the 4th quarter the Titans forced a fumble inside the Colts 25 which would have set up the game winning FG for Brionas, preventing the game from going to overtime but they play was 'accidentally' blown dead based on the refs idea of forward progress...was not allowed to be challenged.
So just saying.... everyone knew they would be lucky to start 1-3 with their schedule this year, and yes they have some issues on D but dont overlook the Bears looking ahead to Houston and dont overlook the bitter taste in the Titans mouth from last weeks game which they felt they should have won. I think they keep it close.
If they had won last week, which they should have, you would have a Titans team on a 3 game winning streak.

Can't see the Bears losing this one. Their defense has been solid all year and I think the offense gets back on track this week. That combination should cover the 3.5.

I expected the Bears to have a let down last week against a Panther team that is underaceiving and off a bye. They still found a way to win that game. That's why I love this game. If you value the NFC more than the AFC and believe in the Bears defense like I do you know they are going to cover this one easily. I love this pick. Buy it down to a FG or take the moneyline and it feels like the best bet of the week.
