Broncos are not playing well, but their D is better than NO any day of the week. The Falcons shut down one of the NFL's best offenses at home last week and the Bronco's offense isn't clicking anymore, and ........

Last week's ATL game was against a very similar team in NO, great passing game, average to bad running and bad D. However Den has a better running attack and it's rare than similar games in the NFL work out the same way twice like that.

even though Denver is a time zone away from the West Coast teams, the trend is still the west coast teams not winning in the east coast at 1pm games (i believe is true...?) what is that trend ATS ??
Keep that in mind, with a dome, an improved Atlanta defense, and no D in Denver.....

Are you high on drugs orr what??? Den has lost 4 RB's to injuries this yr and had to go out and sign Bell this week. Atl has Turner, 3rd in NFL in yds this yr!!!

Gotta love the haters. How can you disrespect a team that was expected to win 3 games all year? Get outta here.
They still suck.
I'm not an ATL fan, but you have to give them their respect. I thought ATL would be the worst team in the league. Matt Ryan is playing better than even Vick ever did his last 2 seasons. I bet if Vick was there they wouldn't be better than 6-3 (if that good). Let's not even talk about Michael Turner. Personally, I wouldn't play this one. But ATL is definately a bad ass team. They may not make the playoffs, but they are definately beyond a doubt one the of NFL's best teams. bar none

Denver's DEF is not very good...matter of fact its down right bad. I was at the Browns game last Thursday and probably witnessed to of the worst DEF's in the league. If the Browns DEF could have played for 4 quarters this team doesn't score more than 20. I look for the same in ATL but thier D will play all game.
I think ATL will pick this team apart with the run game and their impressive passing game under Matt Ryan's leadership. ATL is a different beast at home then they are on the road. Atlanta is averaging 32 ppg at home this year and I see now reason to beleive that DEN will stop then from scoring 30 more this week considering they given up 30@ CLE, 41@ NE, and 33@ KC in their last 3 road games.
I'll take ATL -6.5 and OVER 50.5

Fpronk, do you think Denver will score enough for the game to go over? The Falcons D has really shown up as of late, especially holding the Saints & Brees in check. I think the Falcons win but OVER 51 would require some decent points from the Broncos unless you think the Falcons are going to really light it up???

Who would have thought at the start of the year Atlanta would be a touchdown favorite over Denver? Atlanta just seems like everyone's darling right now and are due for a fall. Denver still has a ton of talent on offense, even if they are on their fourth and fifth string running backs.

i gotta go with Atlanta with the better defense...all they have to do is play confusing zone coverages against cutler...and mike smith will recognize that...with this game being a huge shootout, i don't see this line as being too high to cover. lay it with the rookie in the dome...i live in georgia but not a homer...Giants fan
