maybe this game is on primetime for a  reason !
 
ok with that out of the way, don't see the chargers cover -9  being this game is for the division

SD is a much better team than Denver right now. Broncos running game and defense on IR. Champ is back, but he may not be 100 percent.
 
Also, Chargers have revenge factor in this match because of the bad call by referee Ed Hochuli back in September that set up the Denver win late in the fourth quarter.
 
Still, 8 points is a lot to cover with the AFC West title on the line.

Broncos +9 (1 unit) vs. Chargers - I really really wanted to take the Chargers here, but 9 points in a heated rivalry game that means everything right now is HUGE.  This game is pretty much like their Super Bowl, winner take all (or at least a playoff spot).  Neither team has wanted to win the division, both have faultered late this season.

I am also big on the UNDER. I expect both these teams to play conservatively and establish the run and burn the clock. San Diego shows up here. They have won 3 straight to get back into the possibility of making the playoffs. Good Luck!

SD plays like a different team in their last few "revenge" spots. The line was set high for a reason, and the easy pick to me would be Denver. Factor in: playoff implications, SD's recent surge vs. Denver recvent collapse, SD at home, and the Refs takin the last one out of the players hands to give Denver a win. Take a deep breath and take SD as low as you can get 'em I say.

i predict a cagey match from both sides, iniatially anyways.....think under 50.5 is the play, considering there's alot riding on this game.

  • Under is 4-0-1 in Chargers last 5 home games.

  • SD is 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games in December.

  • SD is 20-7-4 ATS in their last 31 vs. AFC West.

    This game could go either way up or down over or under in or out.....These 2 teams are so unpredictable its nuts...
    Line drops like a rock at game time....
    I used BRONCOS ML in a small parlay 250 = 6500 or so
