takin Dallas -6.5.     Dallas may still be a bad team, but Detroit is a mess.  this game is iffy at best...I wouldn't play this game big at all.

I am going to sit on this one and watch the line all week.
I did that with the Buffalo game and got a good Detroit number at my local book and cashed in after the game.
I am thinking of doing the same here. I will be looking for the rubes to come in from California and run Dallas on Friday and Saturday and then I want to be there to catch a good Lions line overnight on Saturday/Sunday.
I expect Dallas to win this game and Kitna to be in prime form playing against his old Lions chums. 
With that said I will be on board with the Lions come kick off!

So, Dallas is Back! Not really, but, fellow cappers - don't let your hatred of Dallas cloud your better betting judgement. Lions playing they're second long road trip game in a row - after losing to Buffalo? Dallas with a rejuvinated defense, and the line is less than a touchdown? Gotta think the Cowgirls get it done.

     Lions have a bad habit of blowing covers the week before Turkey Day!. In spite of the Cowboys troubles, they managed to show a little professional pride against the top rated NY Giants. Can't really say that Detroit is in the same class as the G-Men.This game appears made to order for a Dallas win and cover before the home crowd.

Giants always play bad after a bye, it just took a week longer for it to show up. Now it's on to playing a serious game for 1st place while Dallas battles for the #1 draft.

The good thing about dogs is, they don't have to win for you to win and Lions have loss 25 road games in a row, but covering looks good and a outright win is not out of the question. 

-6.5? This number is inflated. People always remember the last game they saw. The books want you to bet Dallas based on the NY game.

Lions +6.5, +7.0 or +7.5 by game time.
Good teams win games, Great teams cover the spread!

i wouldnt take dallas in this spot at 1 to 2. just cant jump on that fast after witnessing americas team all season. shoot they even think they're good! lions 23 - cowboys 21

First su win for the Pokes vs an nfc north team this year? 0-3 su & ats with this one remaining. Also the Pokes have yet to win a game at home this season. This might be a good spot for them to both win and cover.

Spytheweb is the biggest Dallas hater I have ever seen, The Cowboyse beat the G-Men plain and simple, if the Giants would have won you wouldnt' be saying any BS about after a by week. The Eagles are going to beat the Giants this week and then maybe Giants fans will realize there team is not Super Bowl bound.

Oh and you say this week is a serious game? who are you kidding every Giants fan was pissing and moaning all week after losing to a 1-7 Cowboys team with a back up QB and a new coach. The Giants and there fans want to beat Dallas every game every year no matter how good or bad the other team is.

Not a cowpoke hater or lover, just simple facts.  When there is no confidence in your leader, the troops don't follow.  Obviously, the Pokes resonded to the new coach for two reasons (1) this is what they wanted all season and (2) I want to keep my job.  J Jones proved to them he would cut their heads off if they did not get their heads out of their butts.  Now we have 2nd string QB playing for the Lions on the road in front of hungry fans.  This has the makin of a whoopin'.  I am laying the chalk - biggest play of the day.

1 good game and everyone is on the Dallas bandwagon.  Very funny.  Detroit covers road games.  Last week's game at Buffalo was 2' not 1' so they are 8-1, not 7-2.

Does anyone not think that stafford being out will have an affect on the game?  Detroit ranks 30 and 31 in rushing yards and Y/R, respectively.  The passing game is their only offense and without your high profile (?) QB this isn't even the same team IMO.
