Detroit should do whatever they please on the Eagles and vice-versa. taking the team with the better offense but like always Lions have that tendency to implode in crucial moments.

Lions lost on the road to teams that have a decent to good defense(Steelers, Cardinals, etc.) but Eagles don't strike me as good defensive team... ranked 31st. surprisingly however they only giving up no more than 20 pts a game with a few exceptions like against Broncos and Chiefs. I can see Lions scoring at least 3 touchdowns here in a 27-24 type game. OVER seems a little bit high.

I too like the under.

But The NO @ SEA game was entirely different.  That game was played in a dome, Playboy.  Also Seattle is the best D in the league, DET and PHI both have defenses that are below average.

But it's a whole lot of points as well as the weather will play a factor.  Considering both teams have very nice run games I think the run will be heavy with the weather conditions and only about 42 - 45 points get scored.
