Houston WAS expected to make the playoff....  I think the coaching staff are facing lots of pressure.  if they fall twice to the jags... most of them getting ready to clean out their desks on xmas day. Whereas, the Jags are still thinkin about that #1 draft pick, don't they??? if the jags win, they can very much kiss that goodbye.

Plain simple for this game; Take a better team which are Houston Texans. Say no more; I don't think Houston want that #1 draft pick either. Line should be PICK -Em.....but Odds-maker set it as Houston -3 on the road. Base on the lines movement; Houston is the picked.

If you've  following the trend of betting NFL; tonight it suppose to be Favorite and OVER.

Then ----HOUSTON AND OVER are the right sides!!!

Not saying its a good or bad pick just curious as to your reasoning why you think Andre will go over 90 yards

I am in my fantasy playoffs and am seriously considering benching Andre for Edelman in a full point PPR league

I like your take on this. But we shall see. I like to think the Texans are more motivated to win since they lost a close game against NE. Jags might have a what I call a "hangover" because they've won their last 2 game and their trends show...

  • Jaguars are 2-8-1 ATS in their last 11 games following a S.U. win.
  • Jaguars are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games following a ATS win.
  • Jaguars are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 home games vs. a team with a losing road record.
  • Jaguars are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games after allowing more than 250 yards passing in their previous game.
  • Jaguars are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 Thursday games.
  • Jaguars are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 home games.

...I'm not going to go big but I'm taking Texans. Motivated+Talented>Hangover

What a dog of a game. I'd say Jacksonville will come to play but Houston is the better team but motivation is a factor and so is the tanking issue. I think Houston have already clocked off for the season and are playing for the No1 draft pick.

Would I bet this game if it was on a Sunday? Nope (because of the reasons above). So no bet for me. GL everyone.

......and I might be crazy, but I would think that the Seahawks/49ers (but Seattle just did play on Monday, so that wouldn't work) - O.K., Colts/Bengals would be a higher prime time dollar ring than this steaming pile or maybe even Dolphins/ Steelers? You know what , after thinking about it (and someone said it earlier a few posts up) "would I bet this game if it were on Sunday up against all the other games? Nope"......

Maybe the "powers that be" do know what they're doing - they got me watching and wagering on it......
