The Raiders are that team you either hate or love. Two weeks ago they win but don't cover a small line at home, last week they lose but cover a small line on the road. Go figure... That's the Raiders these days. Why stop there. I say they do it again.

I'll take Oakland when this spread goes up to 4...

this spread should be around 10 pts.  the book is giving way too much love to the raiders.  that team is garbage and prove to be garbage when they play top notch opponents.  remember what happened when they played Tennessee?  they were destroyed. and let's not forget about the game vs. the rams.  that couldve gone either way.  and so what about Bruce Gradkowski.  im not about to put my $ on a backup who 2 other teams gave up on.  in fact, the guy is a big loser as a starter.  there was a game he started a few years back where he got a 1.0 passer rating.  oh yeah. 1.0.  he's a bum.  that's why he plays for the raiders.  you can count on maybe 50% comp.  and a few picks nearly every game Bruce starts.  besides- the texans beat the raiders 29-6 last year and theyve only improved since last year whereas the raiders continue to lack an identity.  they have such an embarrassing organization.  they gave that loser Jamarcus 3 years i think.  and everyone knew he sucked but the raiders.  but then they only give Campbell 6 quarters?  Raiders are a joke.

i see texans bouncing back and crushing the raiders in this one.

TEXANS should get it done after that poor efort at home take the points.

Oakland has a shutdown corner to cover AJ and a good running game to keep them in the mix....... I remember in Fantasy Football I would never start a wideout going against that beast of a corner....

plus this team was the spoiler all last year with Bruce Wayne as QB... they beat Philly, Pitt (in Pitt as 14 point dogs), Cincy (they were hot at the time)....

They have a decent defense and a pretty good running game along with a qb that doesn't turn the ball over....

I'm all over the Texans grabbing a wild-card just like the rest of you... but Oakland getting 4.5 points against a team that doesn't have a great defense.....

I'll take it all day...


Tennessee was the first game of the season and on the road with Campbell.... they then beat STL on the road (not very impressive)... and then loss their second road game (but covered).... now they are coming home and facing a team that just got their asses kick....

watch out of Louis Murphy....

THIS POST MAKES NO SENSE. HOUSTON SHOULD BE FAVORITE BY 10? YEA RIGHT, AND TENNESSE WAS SIMPLY A BAD MATCHUP FOR THE RAIDERS. HOUSTON WILL BE IN FOR A BATTLE, TEAMS TRAVELLING TO OAKLAND ALWAYS HAVE A HARD TIME ON THAT HORRIBLE FIELD. RAIDERS GOT A SOLID DEFENSE, AND WITH JOHNSON NOT 100%, THEIR PASSING GAME WILL STRUGGLE. IF THE RAIDERS CAN CONTAIN FOSTER, THEY WILL HAVE A SHOT TO WIN THE GAME. BRUCE MAY NOT BE A GREAT QB, BUT HE BRINGS SOMETHING TO THE RAIDERS THAT NO QB HAS EVER BROUGHT, ITS HARD TO EXPLAIN WHAT IT IS, BUT HE JUST MAKES PLAYS. THEY HAVE A LEGIT RB IN MCFADDEN, WHO IS PLAYING LIKE A TOP 5 RB IN THE LEAGUE, YOU CANNOT ARGUE THAT FACT. THEIR RECIEVERS ARE STARTING TO COME AROUND, AND THEY WILL BE TOUGH. VEGAS DONT GIVE OUT EASY MONEY

This shut down corner hasn't helped Oakland in their last 3 games.They're giving up an average of 369 yards per game. Foster is a good back, as well... Coming off a loss to Dallas, I think Houston comes out swinging.

I'll take my chances with Houston.
