   I think I'll take another helping of ridiculous points,just like I won last week. Thank the good Lord, the public overrates the injury factor. If the Colts can come within 3 points of a SU win against the Steelers (with a backup QB), I've got to oblige myself to swing right back with them against a suspect Bucs team!

I'd wait until Monday Night to bet this because if Painter starts, I'm ponding the Bucs - but if Collins is cleared, 10 points sounds good...............

Sounds crazy but the Colts have a good shot to break into the win column this week. If they are to win SU it's going to take a great defensive effort from this club.

It is crazy !! this will be a bloodbath i can't see indy scoring more than 10 points if that , they're defense lead to all but 7 points last week which came in the 2 minute offense . they did run the ball well surprisingly they will have to do the same here to have any shot at all....i do not see Curtis Painter yet at this level he was way off on some of his throws last week , i do not usually lay 10 points with any team but i will here large Painter will be on his ass all night bucs have a good defense and will generate more than enough first downs to keep the ball moving i just don't see indy in this game at all Bucs win HUGE....ARGGGGGHH!!

I'm not a big fan of the Colts.. was big name but rarely covered. Manning was arrogant and overrated (IMHO).  With that being said, the Colts is a mess because their personnel do not have the confident without Manning but guest what!!!! Even as messy as they are, their stats is somewhat comparable to the Buccs.. So what if Painter is coming, it couldn't get worse with Collins playing.  I will give Painter a chance and the 10.5 (buying half point for cheap).

Board tilted towards the Colts..Yet line moving the other way.
Total has dropped from 42.5 to 40.5..Why??..Because is the answer..
Because the books drive nice cars and due to he fact that there is no QB of any caliber lining up under centre for the Colts, now they have to run the ball..This is the mantra for the total.. Perhaps they will,however for mine the game score dictates the plays called on either side of the ball and I see Painter as a better proposition than Collins.. Strikes me how similar Painters` action is to Peytons,double major difference being whats above the shoulders..We cannot compare the two..As long this is team game then one factor does not decide the outcome of the game..
That said,I have been on the Buccs bandwagon since opening day which has been fruitful..Still I gotta go with pride and desperation here and follow the whispers from above...I think that the Colts are getting no love on the line,especially in this match up..I see a high scorer in the cards with Painter getting a couple of TD`s next to his name and finally proving his worth.....

plus 245 sounds good to me. but i have to stick with the bucs at home, no manning equals long night. colts should have called flutie. bucs win by 2 touchdowns.

I think Painter will be an upgrade over Collins and with Addai running the ball so well early this season the Colts have a good chance to stay close in this matchup.

I agree that Manning is overrated and arrogant (IMHO). I've always said it ever since I heard him throw his O-Line under the bus after a loss years ago and I've never respected him ever since. NOBODY has agreed with me about that. They all worship the guy. Nice to hear someone else out there thinks the same as myself.

This isn't a "bash Manning" thread though.

My pick? The Colts look interesting getting 10 points. Even the worst teams can pull off a close game. This line screams backdoor cover. I might tease it up to 10.5 to buy the hook.

indy 0-3 tampa 2-1 indy is falling apart what is painter gonna do for indy? nothing first time on the field monday night ouch sucks for him  hes gonna get pressured and what happens after that INT tampa got a full squad  so my money is gonna go to tampa Over

I am a big Colts fan, ironically I am a big time Purdue fan. I watched every game Curtis Painter has had in college and as much Pro as possible. He hasn't caught on to the the "timing" that the QB needs to move the ball w/ Colts O, which is made for Manning, not a below average QB. Even the Colts didn't/don't have confidence in Painter or they would have stuck w him not bring in a band-aid in Collins.

I originally thought TB but the more I look the more I like INDY to cover. Freeman is is similar to Ben in that he likes to hold the ball in the pocket and this should allow the ends time to get to him. If I do take the points I'll also take the U and the FH ML at +275. I think INDY has a chance to win the FH but by games end TB gets the win. Either way BOL
