Jacksonville at Indianapolis (12/19/2010)

Maybe the Super Bowl loser curse rears it's ugly head here. Jacksonville somehow,somewhere seemed to find their mojo this season. They are good enough to ambush the Colts on their own turf. I like the dog play in this one.

So Peyton wants revenge.  I'm betting it doesn't happen.

Colts lose this one they may be in jeopardy of missing the playoffs.

CJ always like most of your picks but this week there will be no need for  at the RCA dome.  Good old Peyton is going to show everyone why he is one of if not the best QB of all time.  Especially at reading defences.  I have said in many threads that he gets a full backfield back this week it will be either Joseph Addai back with Rhodes or James but two of the three will be in the backfield and Peyton gets his play action game back.  A lot of returning wounded and the people team sorry Jags team is way over rated Peyton is going to lay a beating on them.  JMHO  with your pick though.

CJ also meant to mention if you give Peyton 8 or 9 days to prepare for a game.  Well the results will show tomorrow.

offense is doing just enough

Jags seem to be the better team here and getting points ?  My gut is saying Peyton and the Colts cover here ! 

Going with the Colts at home and my gut .......

Indianapolis is 12-2-2 against the spread when playing a team with a winning record, 1-4 against the spread in the last five games overall, and 0-4 against the spread in their last five games as a favorite. Jacksonville is 5-0 against the spread following a cover, 4-0 against the spread against AFC teams, and 1-6 against the spread in their last seven road games against a team with a winnign home record. Jacksonville is 5-1 against the spread in their last six meetings in Indianapolis and the road team has covered six of the last seven.

This is just one of those series that no matter what the numbers look like beforehand, the game itself is very close. The numbers in this one look extremely close to begin with which should make this an even stronger play. I think taking the points is the play here.
