Miami at New England (09/21/2008)

In just his second game with Miami, quarterback Chad Pennington was lifted after going 10-of-20 for 112 yards, but Sparano said the veteran will remain the starter even though rookie Chad Henne directed the Dolphins' lone touchdown drive.

On the ground, running back Ricky Williams has only 52 rushing yards on 21 carries through two games. Ronnie Brown hasn't been any better, carrying 17 times for 48 yards.

Perhaps facing the Patriots will help Williams. In his last game against New England, he rushed for 108 yards and a touchdown in Miami's 28-26 win in Foxborough on Jan. 1, 2006.

Cassel saw the bulk of the action in that game, which took place in Week 17 with the Patriots resting Brady in preparation for the playoffs. Cassel went 11-of-20 for 168 yards and two touchdowns.

That was Miami's last road win against an AFC opponent. The Dolphins have also lost 11 straight on the road overall since beating Detroit 27-10 on Thanksgiving Day 2006.

 Thanks for the welcome back my friend. All is well the wife is better but still awaiting surgery, so I'm still trying to take my time on my wagering and studying up on games until that's over with.

I'd rather have you win your wager than having my Dolphins win this one, many more games this season for them to try to win.

The Dolphins on offense have yet to gel. We have a WR with speed to sperate from defenders but a QB with a noodle arm. Bad thing about that is Chad P is more percise on the short routes and Ginn has a hard time route running.

BTW bro like I always say I'm very far from even being close to the best but I try my best and that's where it counts

Now just to humor you.... As far as the Bronco's and The Saints go.... This should be an explosive matchup between two high-powered offenses. Saints QB Drew Brees struggled in Week 2, but make no mistake: Both teams' quarterbacks are capable of big numbers. Saints coach Sean Payton was frustrated by the Redskins last week, but it's unlikely that he'll fail to draw up an effective game plan twice in a row. With the Chargers faltering and no other team capable of challenging them in the division, the Broncos smell blood. Denver is on a roll. Denver by 7.
