I like the Panthers here at home to cover a FG.  Vikings on the road with a new QB, I'll pass.

vikings may almost be as bad as they look but ap racks up 175 on ground with 3 tds  vikings outright 31-27

Both starting CBs are out for Minny. Is this old news? Winfield is inactive and Carr suspended.

Maybe this tilts the game to the OVER?

Ponder in his second start. Although Carolina might have been better off facing

past- his-sell-by-date Donovan McNabb of the Vikes instead of Ponder, who

impressed often vs. the Packers. However, the Panthers’ swift and strongarmed

Newton has been impressing all year, boosting emerging Carolina, now

5-1 vs. line its last 6. And Panthers “over” 5 of 7 TY!

Both teams can score but the vikings actually have some kind of defense. Vikings win this one.
