Minn SUCKS big time...with or without Favre. Favre won't even play more than likely. Tavaris Jackson may actually do good in this game, but even he sucks overall. take the OVER 44.I'm thinking New England -5.5. New England is at home.....in the cold against an iffy Minn team that more than likely won't have Favre. Tjack may actually be an UPGRADE over Favre. that's how bad minn is this year. Minn is just alil bit better than Dallas. not much. MEDIUM PLAY

The line is off at my book right now but I don't need it to post this.
Minnesota+ML whatever it is.
The script is written and the plot will thicken and make NE backers bang their heads with anger. Every week there is gonna be one and this is the one for this coming week.

If anybody is honestly going to take The Vikes in this then you might as well just hand your money over to the books.
Pats win double digits easy. PATS AT HOME. Vikings wont stop Brady and the young New England defense is getting better with every week. Brady had an off game in SD which happens a lot for the Pats in SD. But this is home and against A STRUGGLING Minn team that cant compete with the Patriots.
If I am wrong and Minnn wins this game I will never post again

u guys are on crack if you think minne will lose to NE. Minne turns their season around this week, with or without farvre. I want Jackson to start. This team without turn overs is deadly...and you see it this week.

Totally agree...this will be the 4pm beatdown...I'll lay more on them with T Jax in...he's never had Moss/Harvin to throw to. Pats teased to a pickem will get blown away. Vikes win outright.

Vikes pass rush sucks this year! 6 sacks so far! Only reason Sd stood a chance was the pass rush they got on Brady. If the vikes dont pressure the hell out of Brady he will make them pay all game! Best HC in the game, with top 5 QB vs one of the worst HCs, and washed up Favre or Career backup?! I will take my chances with the Pats! -5.5 for 1 unit...

Pats are great at home... anybody know the last time they lost at home?
and this is coming from a JETS fan...
I remember the last time the Patriots played Minn, pre-Moss days... they went into Minn, against a Childress coached team.... and they stomped them out.... take a look at the last match-up.... look at the numbers for that game....
that was on the road, in the dome....
the reason why it was a blowout was because the NE offense threw the ball the first 20-something plays.... Brady was in a shotgun the entire first half....
why? well becuase the Vikings had a great run-defense, but not so good pass defense.... and I believe that was with Sharper... kinda similiar to what they are this year, only their pass-defense is worse... just ask Mark Sanchez....
The fact that New England doens't have much of a run game tells me the game plan will be similiar. they matchup very well against the Vikings...
oh by the way Brett Favre limped off his press conference and hasn't practiced all week... so are you going to bet Tavaris Jackson on the road in New England? or Favre hobbled with a bad ankle, bad shoulder, fighting the Jets Cheerlead, and throw in a little Childress-Favre team turmoil....
the only thing that I dont' like is Adrian Peterson against the NE defense.... but I'm sure Belicheck will have some plans for containing him....
Pats -5.5....
I also like the Bills getting 7.5 from KC.... I like KC, but not laying a td as a favorite....
I also like the Broncos in London....

Look people, you can say, "two plays from 3-3", or "so close to losing games", but that's the point. Good teams find ways to win. As a Giants fan, I respect the Pats bc they always bring their best game. When was the last time they were "blown out"? You think Tjackson has a chance to beat Brady? Come on.. Maybe the Pats aren't as dominant as they used to be, but they're "grinders". They make you make every play your best. Teams like that win in big situations. The only advantage Minn has is All Day AP. He's a one man wrecking crew, and with a rookie qb, the scheme might change with AP in the flats, where he does serious damage as you saw last week before Farve shit his pants. Pats have "the firm" and a lackluster backup. Edge: Minn. Receivers: hands down, Minn is dangerous; Moss, Harvin and Shiancoe. QBs: Farve or Jackson.. Farve is terrible.. He's distracted, lost, no bueno.. Jackson actually gives them a better chance with fresh legs and a vigor to win. Look, I hate both Farve and Brady, but Brady is hella good, and on his worst day is 10x better than Tjax..
Pats -10, maximum.. PS.. I'm thinking of picking Pats in my suicide for 1g.. only 10 of us left .. what do you think??

I love the under in this game. The Vikings offense doesn't know if they are coming or going. They are tied for No. 24 in the NFL with an average of 18.4 points per game.New England's D is starting to look better every week and that is going to spell trouble for the Vikings. On the flip side of the coin the Vikings D has looked good giving up an average of 19.3 points. This one will stay under the posted total.

stock has gone up way too high on the pats. vikes in a must win situation. either quarterback for minny is capable of beating these pats. theyre not the dominant pats of years ago. theyre very beatable. my phins have stomped their asses before in their house. ravens stomped their asses in a crucial game late last year in their house. buffalo bills even give them problems in their house. i love the vikes with the points and im gonna lay a small wager on the moneyline.
