Why does everyone assume that because Covers members are 65% on the Patriots, that the bets are the same...? These are simply picks from people on the website, not bets that on placed in Vegas and online gaming sites.
Having read the Patriots comments concerning this game, I have to back New England. Brady said that they haven't stopped hearing about how badly they lost when these two teams met last, also in the preseason....
Patriots will look to put attention on the team and who is in the locker room (as they have said they want to do all off season) and not focus on who isn't in the locker room (Hernadez). Also, Aaron Hernadez was indicted today... They might want to make the back page with statement win rather than having to read about the indictment... Again.
