hard game...pitt played good but dumb play calling made their recent game closer then it really was. The way to beat pit is in the air...Brady can certainly toss it. Have decent success vs. Mendenhal whos just a beast and maybe the 4.5 for NE is a good play.

I MIGHT BE CRAZY I THINK THE PATS WIN THIS GAME. THE CLEVELAND GAME WAS A COMPLETE SHOCK. THEY WERE DISORIENTED ON OFFENSE BUT BASED ON HOW THE PATS HAVE PLAYED THIS SEASON THIS IS A GAME THEY NEED TO WIN AND WILL BE PREPARED FOR. THIS GAME COULD MEAN HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE IN THE PLAYOFFS.. PATS WILL EXPOSE THE STEELERS SECONDARY AND BRADY WILL BOUNCE BACK LIKE HE ALWAYS DOES IN A HUGE WAY.

YES I WAS DEAD WRONG LAST WEEK BUT I LEARNED ITS THE NFL AND THERES NEVER A LOCK. THIS WEEK IS NO LOCK I JUST HAVE A FEELING PATS WIN IT. I DONT THINK THE STEELER DEFENSE IS AS GOOD AS EVERYONE THINKS, THERES TOO MANY HOLES IN THE SECONDARY. THEY WILL MAKE PLAY THIS GAME IM SURE OF IT. ITS SAFER TO TAKE THE POINTS BUT I THINK THE PATS PULL IT OUT IN A CLOSE ONE. IM USUALLY NOT WRONG TWO IN A ROW BETTING THE PATS
PATS 24-20

Thats because its extremely rare that the Patseys lose two in a row. Im just thinking pats D cant hang on this one and as much as I would like to see them win, steel curtain at home after 3 game road trip might just be too much for Bill Beli-yoda and the Brady bunch.

I loved the Pats in this game. The reason is I agree with Mr_E the Pats rarely lost two games in a row. Belichick is going to have his team ready for this game especially after the ass kicking they got in Ohio last week from the Browns. Brady is going to be ready to show the world why the team gave him a contract extension and prove why he is one of the elite QB in the NFL. Brady always seems to play his best in big time games and Belichick has a history of doing his best coaching in big games especially when they are the roaddogs. I have made alot of money in the past when they are the roaddogs even including when they were the roaddogs to the Steelers in a playoff game a few years back. These are the main reasons I love Brady and Company with the points in this match up. Good luck to all. Go Pats!!!

I'll wait for the spread to drop a bit as I'm sure a bunch of average joes will rush to counter with their Pats ML tics and their Pats teased up to +10 or whatever and then realize as the game progresses that they bet against the Steelers in Pittsburgh which isn't such a great idea this year.
I thought that the Pats were turning their defense around but I guess Belichick took over as DC because he knew his defense was his weakness and it showed last week as Peyton Hillis made them look like a Pop Warner team. And now it's clear that a lack of a strong running game along with the departure of Moss has caught up with this offense and the Pats will be lucky to get a wild card this year.

One thing to keep in mind is the carryover effect Monday nights physical grind against the Bengals will have on the Steelers after a short week. The Pats margin for error clearly isnt that high, but the fact is that they rarely make mistakes which makes last weeks game so uncommon for them. The defense isnt great but it is young, improving and opportunistic just like in the previous super bowl years. They will make enough plays to beat the Steelers.

45 is a fairly high point total for a steelers home game. Given NE's inability to score at will, and struggles just to flat out score since the loss of Moss, under 45 seems like the play here

I have my best Sunday card ever. This
Sunday I am releasing my UNDERDOG GAME OF THE MONTH, BOOKIE BUSTER 100%
TY, and my AFC GAME OF THE MONTH. Make sure to take advantage of my NFL
winners. Finish your week off right… WITH MONEY IN YOUR POCKET.
Todays FREE WINNER is New England over Pittsburgh.
Three teams are tied for the best record in the AFC. The Jets are one of
them. The other two are facing eachother here. This is a game that very
well may decide home field in the AFC title game. New England was
riding a 5 game win streak until last weeks meltdown in Cleveland. The
Patriots are #1 in the NFL in scoring at 27.4 PPG. Tom Brady is playing
as good as ever. The QB has tallied 1826 YP and 14 TDs. He has 2 great
receivers in Welker and Hernandez (791 YR and 5 TDs combined). The
running game is solid with Green Ellis and Woodhead. They also are
most-likely getting back Fred Taylor. Outside of LWs loss, the “D”
hasn’t given up more than 20 in their L4 previous games. They face a
Pittsburgh team that has really been lackluster over their L3 games
despite being 2-1 in those contests. The Steelers “D” is ranked #1 in
the NFL but has given up 63 points their L3 outings. At times the
offense looks stagnant. Since his return, Ben Rothlisberger has tossed 6
TDs and 3 INTs. He is surely missing traded WR Santonio Holmes. The
squad has a slew injured players listed as questionable. New England HC
Bill Bellichik will be ready for Pitts zone blitz, leaving it up to the
sputtering Steelers offense. The ‘dog in this series is 8-2 ATS their
L10 meetings. The Pats are 7-2 ATS their L9 vs. the Steelers while
Pittsburgh is 1-4-1 ATS their L6 as a home favorite. Take New England.
Thank you.

"The

I completely disagree, since the loss of Moss this a different offense, and all old point averages must be thrown out the window. And to say Tom Brady has been playing as good as ever???? His rating has dropped in consecutive weeks.

Lackluster? Miami got to 22 points, but did u see how? Dan Carpenter got more than half the points?!?! he kicked 5 FG's. So that means, Pitt only allowed one offensive TD... lackluster... They gave up some yards, but when it mattered held the 'phins down.
Lets goto Halloween night. (I was at Caesar's in Atlantic City, tripping on mushrooms enjoying this game, with a large bet on NO) First half of that SNF Halloween event Pitt was absolutely crushing NO in the trench, they had their offense figured out, not allowing the Saints to run. A couple halftime adjustments, and NO comes out beating the zone-pressure for the big primetime-Halloween-in-the-crazy-city-win which i wasn't surprised watching Pitt go down. I mean it was Halloween, you know the Saints are gonna win. Pitt ran well, but couldn't make the necessary plays against that speedy D in the loud environment. But needless to say, they held the champs to 20 points. MNF against the Bengals. They let the bengals back in that game with late turnovers which led to great field position. So 21 for the bungals in a primetime event is not anything out of the unordinary.
To say 63 points in the last 3 games is an overstatement (two big time prime-time games, and once FG fest)

The O\U is very deceptive. The OVR appears very attractive with NE being 6-2. However, Pittsburgh has only once this season had the line set at 45, and only once has more than 45 points been scored in a Steeler game. Staying away from the O/U on this one.

This is a no-play... Just sit back and watch... Take the under and sweat it out...
You are by far the most annoying person throughout this entire thread. I don't wanna hear about some jackass scam artist giving away his FREE UNDERDOG GAME OF THE MONTH. And knowing that you follow guys like that with their 1-800 numbers and nauseating radio promos tells me that you're a classic douchebag. But then you go on and tell a story about how you tripped on shrooms at an NFL game and then i knew instantly that you are a BONAFIDE DOUCHEBAG.
