But to think that the whole sport is corrupt is just plain ridiculous. If you think it's fixed-just don't bet. Or bet on the "fixed" side.
As for this game, if I'm Doctor Dogs, I'd go for the so called reliable trend of backing the double digit home dog. And I have checked the angle-it's one of those 60 to 70 % angles. New Orleans is clearly the better team, and the Falcons are having a very bad year. Even on Atlanta better last couple of years, the Falcons scored an anemic 31-33% success rate as home dogs(ATS). I personally, don't wager on heavy favorites, but I wouldn't touch Atlanta until it went to 13. Besides, there is no logical reason for the Saints to let their foot off the gas with Carolina fresh off it's win earlier in the week to remind them. There are better games- NO BET!
Here's the PROOF that the games are fixed-
How did Vegas know that NE would only score 3 pts in that first half? They couldn't have known unless it was fixed. And if NE would have scored more than 3 pts in the first half they would have covered and won the game (Assuming the rest of the game went the same way, which I don't see any reason why it would not if these games are not fixed) Speaking of that, this is another way they fix them is the teams let up when they are ahead and they want people to think that they are just slacking off because they're winning. Yeah Right! This is professional sports they wouldn't give the other team any chance to win unless they were being paid, or told to do so.
Notice how the games almost always end up around the spreads? No matter what happens in the game? There could be 4 turnovers for one team and it will still be a coin flip game, because the other team makes up for it by staging their own turnovers or whatever they do to keep it close to the spread. So, if you can't see my point here, it is that Vegas already knows the final score of the game before they make the spread, or the teams simply play AROUND that spread. It has to be one of the two. But to make sure they bust the teaser cards they always have a few games that are blowouts each week. This also makes it to look more real but I can see through all of it.
The fact that Carolina won that game AND covered, along with MANY MANY other teams who have done the same thing, is solid 100% proof to me that, not only the spreads, but the games as well are rigged. Again think about it long and hard....NE scores only THREE pts in the first half and Carolina STILL only wins by 4 pts. Just right there around the spread. Again, how would Vegas know all of this?
Sorry I said I wouldn't say anything about this anymore (and I won't) but you guys started it first. lol If I hear talk about games being rigged I can't help myself because I am a firm believer that they are indeed rigged. All these people coming on here to defend it are obviously bookies or are in cahoots with the NFL, or some kind of organization, or are just plain stupid/blind/brainwashed to not see it. Even LAMAR ODOM's Brother said the games are totally staged and he couldn't believe that people thought they were real.
